Michael and his team member (apologies forgot his name) were a brilliant help, we had to move from one property to another for a client and had a few hiccups along the way and the team were so helpful with coming to a solution for us. Look forward to using them again soon, honest, reliable and friendly service!

Very efficient, reliable and professional Company, we were able to have furniture removed at short notice. Michael took care of everything for us, he collected the keys from the Estate Agents, removed the furniture & arranged for disposal at our request. Exceptional service & peace of mind for us as we live 250 miles away.

Mike fitted us in on a busy weekend, the guys turned up nice and early, packed us up and got us into our new flat very quickly. Delighted with how easy the guys made things, and their banter was good too! Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing to move.

I left a message for this company to get back to me regarding my house move, never got back to me. I then called them and he said he would check his diary and phone me back in 5 minutes, again, never heard from him…very unprofessional!

Michael was great from start to finish, I was recommended by a friend, called Michael and had a quote given.
Michael and colleague was very punctual and on time, service was fantastic for full flat removal.
Every item was covered with cloth to protect items from damage and mattresses were placed in polythene to protect them.
Great care was given to every item and removal was completed in half a day.
I would highly recommend Edinburgh removals and will definitely use this service again and will absolutely 100% recommend this company.

On removal day I started out in a state of anxiety thinking about all the things that might go wrong. I was reassured as soon as Michael arrived. Friendly, courteous and efficient, he wasted no time in assessing the task and leading his cheerful team, unfazed by four flights of stairs and city centre parking. Unloading at the other end was smooth and swift, with every item handled with care. These guys made the job look easy and enjoyable. Excellent service which included collection of empty boxes for returned deposit. Highly recommended.

Adam and his team did a great job moving us yesterday. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. Everything was moved with great care.

Michael and team were friendly, helpful and thoughtful - eg taking the washing machine left behind by the previous owners out to the garage and hooking up ours. They worked very hard and were professional - with diligence in labelling boxes - finishing the job on the day in spite of being a man down due to illness and a late handover of keys.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone and they will be my first choice if I move again! From the get-go, Edinburgh Removals were very professional and easy to communicate with, and throughout the job proved to be totally reliable, punctual, trustworthy and candid.

The men who done the move on the day were amazing - they had a great attitude, loads of energy and everything was done quickly and smoothly. The guys had a great manner and put me at ease straight away: it was as stress-free as moving house could possibly be.

I can't emphasise enough, they went over and above during the move: they did everything possible to get my sofa in (through an unexpectedly narrow doorway), and after that, laid out all my things in a way that was simple for me to unpack, which made settling into my new home easy.

I would say this is a company who genuinely cares for their customers, their prices are affordable and the day will be easy as pie. Highly recommend.

We were required to move within edinburgh from 5 bed to another 5 bed of similar size. Micheal visited us and provided reasonable quote compared to other removal companies. He was very professional in his approach and provided guidance on how all of this coud be acheived. We have moved houses in the past and I had thought it is going to be daunting task, but Edinburgh Removals made it very smooth for us (twice). They started packaging two days prior to move. They worked very hard. They were on time and packed every item with care. Overall move completed in 3 days including dismantling, packaging and moving. All the guys were patient and content. I would highly recommend Edinburgh Removals. They did an excellent job. Very very pleased with the service.

Kamil and Lee did a fantastic job. They arrived early, were friendly and worked hard together to load the van. They packed everything in about 2.5hrs which we were really impressed with. They made our move day so much easier, giving us time to close off the last boxes and clean the place. When we arrived at the new place they unloaded super quick - only 2hrs and we were completely moved in. Great job guys! Communication with Michael leading up to the day was good too - he was responsive to our queries and helped to reassure us that they would take care of everything.

We cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough. They actually made what we thought would be a stressful day an enjoyable experience. The team arrived promptly at 8am and worked their magic - and with humour 💫 The organisation was incredible and what skill demonstrated in the packing of all our items so carefully. The van was like a jenga puzzle with a place for everything, 🧩

Edinburgh removals carried out my move last week and I could not have been more pleased with their excellent service it was the hottest day of the year and the lift at the new property had broken down but Michael and the guys just carried on regardless and never complained, I would thourghly recommend this company not only for there first class work but also their competitive rates
