I recently placed an order for a friends birthday. However it was not delivered although it said delivered a week ago. I was advised by royal mail to contact the sender and so i did. Alexandra, a customer service advisor, had kindly helped and solved all the queries and able to find me a solution where item is now on redelivery. She reassured me about all the steps to take place and roughly gave the date of my next redelivery. Very satisfied. Thank you so much Alexandra you were so helpful and lovely! Perfect service and very reassuring. 😁
