I had a bought a pair of jeans and they came with some type of stain on it, I reached out and they responded very quickly and I provided pictures of the stain and they offered to full refund me or send me a free replacement and they were overall very quick with responding and very professional

When I received my package and opened the clothes, everything was soaking wet. So I took a picture and a video and emailed edikted about the issue. They responded quickly, and told me I was able to keep the clothes due to the unfortunate events, and said I was able to refund my money or get sent brand new items. I appreciate how quick they are to respond to emails. I had a mix up with not receiving a confirmation email and after a lot of back and forth, they did find our order and rectified our situation promptly. Customer service does still exist! My daughter loves their clothes and we haven't had to return anything - and we have made quite a few orders! True to size and great style.
