I order from Edikted often. Recently, I noticed that when I remove shipping protection, it doesn't automatically remove this pre-populated charge. Twice, after I removed it, my order was placed, and the shipping protection was added. I brought these incidents to Edikted's attention and was told there was nothing they could do and that they wouldn't refund those charges. Now, I double-check my order multiple times to ensure it is removed, but recently I noticed that when I click to remove the shipping protection, the shopping cart adds it again (doubling the cost)! Every time I refresh the page to remove it, it still shows the shipping protection in my cart. It takes multiple attempts to remove it, even after I click to remove it. Today, I spent 8 minutes trying to remove the additional charge after I clicked to have it removed from my cart. Consumer beware. Make sure you look carefully at your invoice before you place your order. On one occasion, I caught it right after I placed my order and was able to cancel it immediately. It was inconvenient because I had to redo the order, and then it took several minutes to remove the shipping protection Edikted automatically adds. Today, I took a screenshot showing the duplicate shipping protection charge after I clearly clicked to remove it.

i ordered a set and the one side of the pants are way longer. very upsetting.

Love the prices and the look of the clothes. Wish there was a store in the zip code area of 11746, my granddaughters would be in the store every day!

I had an issue to whereas I returned an item at Macys and they credited me for the wrong item. When I went to return the second item, they said it was already returned, which it wasn’t. Customer service resolved my issue to my satisfaction. I really like wearing this brand and I’m very grateful that Edikted handled my issue with great service!
