I bought a programmer from Edge for my…

I bought a programmer from Edge for my 2002 explorer for Summit Racing. Between cov-19 and parts shortish took awhile to get it on the road. I had called both of them to make sure that it would work and both of them said it would work no problem! Hooked it up and it said that it wouldn’t work so I called both Summit Racing and Edge and there customer service said it would work with flex fuel and they wouldn’t support it. But because of installing it and the time from purchasing it they wouldn’t return it! Out over 400.00 dollars customer service for both company’s is really bad! Good luck if you need to talk to technical support! So if your thinking of purchasing from ether company MAKE SURE it’s the right part! Or you get screwed!
