Fantastic Customer Support
I have just got an 8 week old puppy and wasn’t sure what exactly I would need. After some Googling it seemed I would have to spend a fortune on everything but the staff at Edgemere helped me select the important products which I was going to need whilst my puppy was young and I must say they were absolutely spot on!! My puppy loves everything and all of the cleaning products they advised me to get are a blessing - highly recommend the team at Edgemere. Thank you all!

Amazing company & outstanding customer service
I recently shopped Edgemere's pets collection and since I was getting a puppy for the first time, I had no clue where to start! They helped me pick out which products might be best suited for my dog.
The parcel arrived very promptly and the products are amazing.
Would definitely recommend shopping at Edgemere, for both pet & equine products.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. I needed some help on deciding which boots to buy for my horse and they couldn’t be of more help over the phone. I then placed the order and received it the very next day. Brilliant customer service and top quality products.

Ordered some boots over 5 months ago, and now I’m told that they can’t get them, and over the last three weeks, I’ve had nothing but BS about where my refund is, needless to say that I haven’t got it yet - absolute scammers, stay well clear

Very unhappy with the customer service…
Very unhappy with the customer service of this company and find their adverts misleading. Ordered a product listed as in stock on the 5th April. It is now the 13th May and still my order is not with me. After calling the manager did not accept that the advert was misleading and tried to argue with me that I was wrong, even though we are now in May! Shocking, will never purchase from here again and urge others to order with caution.

Would recommend not buying from them.

They took my order for something they did not have in stock. Therefore delivery was delayed. However, they do reply promptly and keep you up-to-date with the progress of your order.
