My Order was changed from what i asked for without me knowing. The item changed meant that we couldn't
start the project so had to run around other suppliers to get what was needed . Then because the order was changed i was short of materials however this was then rectified. So always check your quote from what you actually require.

ordered materials at 3 in the afternoon order delivered to a site address by 11 the next day.

Very easy people to deal with and helpful

I enquired with Edge and another local company for a quotation on facia and guttering. Nicole came back to me very quickly and answered my questions, she even offered an alternative to a product which wasn't available. I must say I still haven't heard back from the supplier which is fairly typical.
I'd absolutely recommend Edge building products if you are looking for quick service and delivery of quality products.

I was made very welcome in the shop, enjoyed a nice hot coffee when ordering my materials, plus I received a follow up phone call from the manager on the out of stock items..

Great staff, very helpful and friendly

I came in today for a window trim.
I asked your counter staff for a specific size of 60mm and he said yes we have it & proceeded to process the sale.
I collected it at the rear entrance & put it in the van and went back to my job.
I then realized he had given me the wrong size trim so I had to return to get the correct one.
On my return, I told him he gave me the wrong size and he said no it's the 65-75mm.
I clearly asked him for the size I required and he then said oh you will need to trim it down.
If he had told me in the beginning you don't do a 60mm then I would have gone somewhere else and not wasted my time & fuel.

Michael in the office was excellent , very prompt in responding to emails , very patient , very good ,
But the driver(caught on ring doorbell) just put my 5m package on drive and took photo of it and went without ringing the doorbell , it was about an hour after delivery that I realised it was there , so checked ring and saw the above , bloody good job my package wasn’t stolen !!
So for this reason I cannot give 5 stars as this just isn’t good enough !!
