I normally do not write reviews, but after everything I experienced, I feel it is important to share my story so that others can be more careful before trusting online investment platforms.
A few months ago, I came across an online investment opportunity that looked very convincing and professional. The website appeared legitimate, the communication was smooth, and everything initially seemed trustworthy. I started with a smaller investment, and the dashboard showed what looked like real profits, which gradually convinced me to invest more money over time.
Eventually, I invested a total of $48,700 after being reassured several times that my funds were secure and that withdrawals would be processed without issues. Unfortunately, the problems started the moment I attempted to withdraw my money. Delays began immediately, followed by endless excuses, additional verification requests, and unexpected charges. Communication became inconsistent, and it slowly became clear that something was seriously wrong.
The entire experience was emotionally exhausting and financially devastating. Losing such a large amount of money caused a lot of stress and frustration, especially after believing that the investment was genuine.
During the process of trying to understand what had happened, I came across BAIX CHRG, who assisted me with guidance and support throughout the recovery process. Their communication was professional, and they helped me better understand the steps involved after falling victim to an online investment scam.
I am sharing this review mainly to warn others to be extremely careful with online investment platforms that promise quick or guaranteed returns. Always research thoroughly, verify every detail independently, and avoid investing more money than you can comfortably afford to lose.

They lie about not retaining a users IP address. Edge provided a full list by just asking of all ips that ever accessed the edge app account from sign up to account closing. Even after closing the person trying to log into that app the IP was logged.

So glad I listened to Ms. Teresi, she’s very intelligent and made things so clear to understand. Edge was very simple and very easy to start using feel very secure using their application for my financial and crypto transactions. Thank you! :)

Third-Party Payment Options are Integrated: Some advanced wallets offer "gas-free" solutions or "gas included" transactions where they convert a portion of your existing USDT to the native token behind the scenes to cover the fee. This process is handled internally by the app and does not involve entering credit card details.
External Payment Requests are a Red Flag: An unexpected request for your credit card details to pay a "fee" for a crypto transaction is a significant red flag for a scam. Scammers use this tactic to get your financial information or extract more funds.

First, they claim they don't have access to 2FA and that the system operates without their involvement and can't be compromised. Then, without "influencing" 2FA keys, they add an arbitrary timer, which, as stated, is 7 days, which isn't true. The authorization timer, if you log in from a new device, can be 1-2 years. To reduce this period to 7 days, you need to provide support with information about when you registered your account, your email address, codes, and all the most complete account information possible, even if you registered it in 2014 when the service was Airbitz. Forget about this ancient garbage dump, export your seeds, and withdraw your money while you can. Because one "fine" day, which could come at any moment, you won't be able to access your account and will be waiting for two years for a fictitious timer to expire.

I am leaving this review after a very disappointing experience.

For context, I had been adding small amounts into my XRP holdings over several years. When I attempted to cash out, I encountered a technical issue. I was not overly concerned at first, as occasional problems can occur. However, when I logged in about a week later, I discovered that my account had been completely drained. The timing of these events seemed highly suspicious.

When I raised this with Edge, I was informed that it was the result of a “bad actor.” I am still unclear on what that means in practice, but the end result is that my funds are gone, with no possibility of recovery and no meaningful support offered.

This raises serious concerns about the platform’s security and safeguards. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using Edge.
