My picky dog likes their kibble
My picky dog likes their kibble, wish there were more veggies and less peas, also wish their multi pack of the square tins of wet food is able to be in the subscription and that they have a smaller option for the cans since we can't buy them for my 5kg dog without wasting them. But honestly overall very happy, and so is my cutie, it also arrived on time

Tried, Tested & Approved by a Teenager & Veteran.
First impressions of the website were cheerfully concise and easily convincing on the quality of FEED ME REAL CHICKEN as I made my first purchase. Delivery was quick. My spirited younger one was all over the bag like a rash, my grumpy veteran was not so persuaded, but that was to be expected, he detests change. Two days later, they were both waiting expectingly for their daily dose. We look forward to trying all the available flavours. This really is a great kibble, major upgrade from our last; 50% chicken and grain free, fabulous. Worth mentioning: I only feed my boys half the quantity of my old dry biscuits (80g >38g), this is reflected in the smaller bag needed per quarter.

Edgard & Cooper are a 5 star company for dogs & humans alike!
The customer service is absolutely excellent and get back to you so quickly. They will then do whatever they can to help or rectify any issues or problems you’re having.
The actual food and treats are a firm favourite with our very fussy dogs but if they know Edgard & cooper is being served mealtime becomes more of an inhalation session over a chewing and swallowing situation!
Yes some may say it’s a bit pricier than other brands but it’s completely worth it! The food is excellent quality, it’s a B corporation which means their company cares about everyone involved in the company even the the customers they don't just not just care about the shareholders. They care about doing good like helping animals by creating their own animal welfare charity.

Update to my last review
Further to my last review, the Company did finally reply and I informed them that for 8 consecutive days their delivery agent Tinsa had been informing me that 'today' was delivery day.
Finally after 10 days of these notifications I asked Joel for my money back and instead he said he'd try and get Tinsa to deliver one last time.
Now on the 11th day, the Tinsa emailed me at 1230 to say the parcel was successfully delivered.
We were at home at that time.
I then checked with neighbours and no delivery had been made anywhere near to us.
On again emailing Edgard/Cooper I was informed I'd have now have to fill in an online form and wait for a report resolution.
The completed form I also returned.
I've asked for the Complaints Book as I had previously specifically instructed them to cancel my order which they ignored as they already had proof from Tinsa that my order had not been delivered.
No resolution as yet.
