I would strongly advise English…

I would strongly advise English speaking customers to contact the EDF English speaking advice line when requiring help with EDF or Enedis as, despite speaking reasonable French, some details are resolved more quickly by their advisers.

Speak to EDF before changing providers

I rang the EDF English speaking line to see if they could tell me if I was on the right plan based on our situation and consumption. The EDF representative was knowledgeable, informative and made the whole experience a pleasure, not to mention saving us 20 euros a month.
