same problem as one of other reveivers says not set up for orders yet so cannot order anything

I don't know from where the 5-star reviews are coming, but I've been trying to place an order for 2 weeks now and all I get is the message "This store isn’t set up to receive orders yet.". On top of that, no one responds to my emails.

Great service order came on time no issues

Pre-ordered Pokemon scarlet/violet and it came on time! Really happy as I was looking forward to the game and thought I had to wait a few days for the delivery to arrive!

The delivery was very quick and the delivery man was nice.

Quick delivery, best price, and item as described. The only strange thing - it was in an Amazon package with an Amazon receipt inside, but this didn't matter to me.

Found the site easy to use. Was looking for a specific game and they had the best price.
Although the description was wrong, a quick email and they fixed it the next day.
Ordered said game expecting it to take at least a few days, but it was through my door within two.
Tracking was available via a courier app, but it's not for me so I didn't download.
Very happy, game had official packaging and was the version/region I requested.

I pre-ordered Pokémon Legends: Arceus; much lower price for the physical edition than any other place I've seen, arrived early in the morning of the expected day, 28th January, via Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery and in perfect condition. I emailed the day before it was released if everything was okay as I didn't see any updates in the tracking app and I got a reply in nearly 10 minutes. Special thanks to Atticus for his attention.
