Our experience with Darren the sales advisor at the Orchards was exceptional.
My wife and I visited many new build sites in Exeter and surrounding area over the course of a few months while trying to choose our new home. Darren and the wider team were in a class of their own. It was the most personable and considered experience. We traveled to multiple different sites to view homes that were of interest. This was based on Darren's recommendation after listening and understanding our wants and needs for a home. All sites were accommodating and friendly and the homes were spectacular. Well designed, logical layouts with sensible storage, spacious and bright with a high spec finish.
Unfortunately work location assignments dictated that we would be unable to proceed with a purchase for an Edenstone home. If we need to move again they will certainly be the front runner.

The houses themselves are lovely, but there was significant misinformation during the sales process and unacceptable post sales support. This isn't my first new build but this has by far been the worse. We moved into a house that need a full redecorate, kitchen not fitted, floor not finished, over 200 issues that still arent fixed 2 years later. I personally would never buy from them again or recommend.

Juliette is very engaging and has been helpful all through the reservation process. We feel very confident about buying an Edenstone property.

We are in the process of purchasing our new home from Edenstone at their Sampford Peverell development. We have been extremely impressed and happy with the way Juliette the Sales Advisor has supported the purchase. She has always communicated with us clearly and honestly in a professional manner, and with warmth and compassion. She has taken time to listen to our needs and always follows up on any queries promptly. She has remained calm throughout our changes in selection of extras and, through excellent communication with the site manager Darren (who is also very professional and approachable), she has kept us up to date with the build timelines. Juliette has kept the process moving along and has always checked that we are happy with how things are going. We are looking forward to moving in the early spring and would highly recommend Edenstone and Juliette in particular.

Juliette was very welcoming and informative. Answered all our questions and great person to work with, highly recommend to anyone else looking to buy, especially for first time buyers unsure on some things.

We have been living at Edens green for a few months now and I can’t praise the sales girls Jenny and Megs enough for their customer services from us putting down our deposit to moving in and the after care . The development its self is a lovely small, very friendly community in a beautiful village . The quality of the builds are very good it was the first thing we noticed . The builders have always been very helpful and any snags we had , got seen to quickly . I would highly recommend Edens green development which has been carefully and very well designed to fit in with the surrounding area .

I’ve been really impressed with the service from Edenstone Group Customer Service. I contacted them and Julie got back to me the same day, arranging two maintenance jobs within just a few days. Ryan arrived exactly on time and carried out the work in a very clean, tidy and professional way. I felt everything was handled smoothly from start to finish and I’m really pleased with the result. Thank you to the team — excellent customer service!

I have reserved a plot at Edenstone's development in Sampford Peverell and couldn't be happier with everything so far. The development is absolutely beautiful and well maintained, and Darren has been beyond brilliant to deal with. He genuinely cares about your interest in the homes there and has dealt with my many many questions with patience, always coming back to me promptly with answers and following up exactly when he says he will. Great communication and collaboration! The homes look beautiful and I can't wait to move in.

Unable to get a response from Customer care department. We have been emailing & phoning since the 12th May. Edenstone agreed to repair our chimney & wall,but then backed out, sighting maintenance issue not design fault.
We have asked for a sight visit from the Build director so he
can inspect the damage & a way forward. We have no building experience & even if we have to pay, would prefer the original contractor & rendering company to carry out the work. Just need help !

Drawn to The Orchards at Sampford Peverell by its location, we soon discovered the beautiful views, a house design we loved (Monmouth) and through many visits, excellent customer service too. Ultimately the move didn’t work out for us, but senior sales advisor Darren couldn’t have done more to understand our needs and advise and communicate with us. He really went above and beyond! A mention also for Dan (sales advisor before Darren) who seemed to understand instantly what our requirements were. We all know how stressful planning a move is, but Darren, Dan (& Megs too) helped so much .., and with plenty of smiles too!

I am a widow in the later years of life and wanted to downsize.As I know Bleadon well I was interested in the development of the old quarry now known as Edens Green.
From the very first visit to the sales team and not even being able to view the style of house I wanted I knew it was for me.
From then on I felt very well supported both in the legal aspect and throughout the build.I was kept up to date with the progress by a weekly e- mail and with regular invitations to view my house.Every question answered promptly and with great knowledge which was reassuring and gave me further confidence.
I’ve been here 6 weeks now and I can honestly say that although I’m living on a very busy building site I’m very impressed by the whole work force.They are all polite, kind and helpful and very hard working.
A very special mention needs to go to the wonderful Jen who has gone far beyond just selling a house but also has and is supporting me through a personal tragedy.

Having viewed around 50 properties many of which on new developments, we happened upon Edenstone ,The Orchards in Sampford Peverell, Devon almost by chance. Being elevated above the road gave an instant appeal and views to die for. The standard of the building and attention to detail inside and out made viewing the show home an absolute must. We just had to go back! Darren the sales negotiator, was so welcoming without being pushy. He totally understood our frustration having lost a property after 6 tortuous months . And my goodness nothing is too much trouble for him . He is totally committed to giving the best service possible .We are thrilled with our choice of house 'the Monmouth' and wholeheartedly recommend Darren and Edenstone . Great quality product with even better customer service.
I visited The Orchards a number of times over the past couple of weeks looking for our new home. Really impressed with the house styles and the show home is simply stunning. Had a number of conversations with Darren the Sales Advisor who is clearly very experienced in his role and is a real ambassador of the Edenstone brand. He’s very passionate and nothing is ever was too much trouble.
Having bought from competitors in the past the quality of these homes seems outstanding.

My partner and i have been in regular contact with the Orchards and have always been so pleased with the sales chap Dan, he was a large part of our interest, he was majorly personable and was so very accommodating but not pushy you felt comfortable and looked after with him.
The new salesman in place of Dan sadly comes across very robotic and lacks knowledge of both the homes and Edenstones customers.
Dan was a breathe of fresh air that listened to every one of my partners challenging demands (she can be difficult) and met them to some degree and more!
Sadly this contact has stopped since Dans departure which we've been made aware by a couple living at the development that this was a mystery and shock. so we popped to the development on Wednesday, the office was closed although the sign on the door said "come on in" further salt to the wound when Dan was reachable 7 days a week and nothing was too much trouble.
we walked around the development to see how it had progressed and it had come on from our last visit, we spoke with some of the home owners living on the development in a mix of homes who have all alluded to the same conclusion that Dan has been the heart and soul of the development and that he is sorely missed as he always kept the cogs turning, following up every grumble they have had.
We have also been made aware of 8 site manager changes all of which are believed to have been let go.
whilst on face value the brand seems very suave, its clear that it has been its people that kept the cogs turning, namely Dan! so Dan, if you get the opportunity to read this review reach out to us we would love to catch up with you.
we will no longer be buying from Edenstone Homes, support your people and work on your staff turnover! there are real people at the end of the home buying process!!!

i called to St Marys Gardens today to have a quick look around-i must say what incredible informative service i received from Julie.
She answered my questions fully and nothing was too much trouble.
Her attitude was so professional ,friendly and helpful but not at all pushy.
I felt she took a genuine interest in my enquiry ,so much so that i shall return with my partner to discuss further.
Julie is a real asset to Edenstone-i wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to family and friends who are looking to move house.

Edenstone have been absolutely incredible in our first time home buying experience. Julie at St Mary’s Village has gone above and beyond to ensure everything has gone smoothly and we could not of wished for a better service . Amazing properties and I would highly recommend Edenstone to any future buyers.

The whole process has been a dream! We had our eye on the Eden’s Green development before it was released and everyone has been so friendly and helpful so we were able to get the plot we wanted. Their solicitors they recommend have also been amazing. The process which is normally stressful has been a breeze.

From start to finish Dan Stanbury was a star in supporting us through the purchase process of our new 4 bedroom Kingsholm house @ the Orchards Sampford Peverell.
The quality of build and finish is first class, not like other new builds. Any issues were quickly resolved by Shawn the site project manager.
I would recommend Edenstone to any potential purchaser . The design of the Orchards Sampford Peverell is very special incorporating an orchard, village square , cycle path , play area and allotments. Buy your new home now before the rest are snapped up. You will not regret it . It’s like waking up every day in a 5 star Hotel !
