I received a 100€ gift card

I received a 100€ gift card. In order to use this gift card I need to redeem it in Edenred's website - for this I need to let them know specifically which partner I want to use it in, as well as the amount I want to use there.
If you wish to redeem 2x50€ cards, the is immediate and you receive them on the spot. However, if I want to use the whole amount (100€), the redemption of the card takes up to 10 (ten) business days - yes, you read that correctly.
I then emailed Edenred, asking them to redeem it faster because I have an open purchase I want to make, and who replied was a company called clickandgift.com? What a mess.
Please make this swifter - I may very well lose the product I want to buy because of your completely senseless lead times.

AVOID this company at all costs

From beginning to end this has been one of the worst client experiences or services I've ever used. I have tried (and failed) to discuss issues with their customer services about incorrectly assigned Creche Tickets (which I only discovered after the school said they had not received payment). When I tried to find out what had happened I got half or incomplete answers from customer support and had to chase them several times for any kind of response.

They then told me that over €500 worth of creche tickets were now expired and can't be paid to the school, or refunded to me (!)

I have asked for the issue to be escalated, to speak to their legal team. And so far nothing.

So all that is left to do is warn anyone else considering using this company to steer well clear.

Fraudsters

Very poor service is an understatement, took my money as a deposit for 3card business account, still no cards although supposedly the first lot were sent to the wrong address, this time promised personal delivery to my PA at work and still nothing and rep ignoring my messages now
