Wow! Just wow! We did a lot of research before buying our wood fired hot tub & found that Eden Hut had the best reviews for quality and customer service & can confirm that both are very true!

We purchased the tub with the help of Monika who was amazing with all of our queries & helped choose the tub and made sure it had all the connections we needed. So lovely and she really made the experience seamless.

And the actual tub…. WOW. Amazing quality, super easy to use and we have been using it almost every day for our Airbnb guests. The 2 person tub takes just a few hours to heat up and the inner lining is super easy to clean which for us is such an essential.

The delivery was prompt and delivery man was so helpful and stayed to make sure everything was okay, giving us some great tips.

We are now looking to change all of our airbnbs to these tubs because of their ease of use & we have found the electric ones go wrong a lot but these are so straight forward with no elements to go wrong. We have even charged extra for preheating the tubs and it’s super easy to get it to temperature (would recommend a wireless thermometer to use with the tub so guests can watch the temperature for inside & ensure it’s not too hot!)

The guests have loved it (some having booked purely because of the wood fired hot tub) and have commented how lovely it is to have a wood fired hot tub that doesn’t have to have a lot of chlorine and the smell of the fire whilst bathing is amazing!

Can’t wait to buy more & are thinking of buying a sauna off these guys too because our experience has been so good.

I had doubts about ordering such a large item online, but EdenHut exceeded all my expectations. The sauna arrived on time, was easy to set up, and the build quality is unmatched. My family uses it almost every evening!

The service from EdenHut was great from the start, through the ordering process, delivery and aftersales. Time was spent finding out what tub was best suited to meet our requirements, with a great price offered. Monika was very helpful throughout, a credit to the company. We’ve used the hot tub quite a lot since purchase and are very pleased with it. It takes around 2/3 hours from cold to heat and half that time the next day if not drained down. The construction is solid with an easy to use stove. Highly recommended.
