Super fast, super efficient. The order was on its way a few hours after my purchase online while paying via bank transfer from the UK to Germany. The order arrived in the UK without issues.

I bought a road frame from them.
Quality service ... very very serious site.

In terms of delivery, it is also very serious.

Highly recommended bike shop. I bought a bike online which was quickly sent to me in Sweden hasslefree. Stefan was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and patiently. The bike came extremely well packaged. Very competetive prices compared to others.

I will definitely be back next time I am investing in a new bike. Only improvment I could make would be to add Visa/Mastercard as a payment option.

I've just bought a Beautiful BMC TMR01 from here and the service was fantastic.
It was certainly the best price i could find in all of Europe and the knowledgeable help, advice and good honoured chat from Stephan was an added bonus.
I'd read good reviews but I was still a little sceptical sending a wire transfer for a few thousand euros but I needn't haven worried. Stephan kept me updated all along and I was able to track my order which arrived 4 days after making payment.
I suppose the only improvement would be if they took credit card payments especially when a bike may be several thousand e 's but overall it was a great experience and certainly out shone many UK outlets that I've dealt with. Well done Stephan and the Edelrad team!
