I purchased a voucher for €100 , over a week ago, still not delivered

A very good shopping experience.
Great value and excellent customer service. I was assisted by Kevin, who was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this menswear shop without hesitation. Their products are to a high standard with a wide range to suit all tastes. Overall a really good shop.

Online service is excellent

To start off on a positive, great clothes and friendly staff. I recently booked an appointment to get my wedding wear there. I bought the suit myself and wanted to hire the remainder of the suits for my groomsmen and fathers. No problems so far. Fast forward to the week of my wedding. Two of my groomsmen collect their suits a few hours before me and have taken them home. I arrive in that afternoon, pick up three more suits and then ask when do they have to be returned. The man I was dealing with proceeded to tell me that those suits aren’t rented suits and I have to buy them for a price we didn’t agree on. I made the argument that we had agreed I wanted to rent them. He told me that wasn’t what he had written down. I later checked with my wife who was there at our first appointment and she agreed we only said rent. At this stage two of the suits had already been collected so I had to but them all at an extra expense. He gave me a small discount to make up for the “confusion”. If I had advice for anyone wanting to come to Eddie Murphy menswear it would be to get a copy of the contract and double check the price before you commit to anything. This has put more finical pressure on me building up to what is meant to be a great day.

This is absolutely ridiculous if I could cuss on this review without it being removed god so help me I would why would anyone in the right mind disclose an item at such high price as something it’s not why give the buyer a terrible product absolutely outraged supposed to be Barbour international not cheap printed Barbour writing on the coat

Very easy website to order from and shipping was very fast. I would definitely order again.

This is an excellent menswear shop . Bought a suit today . Eva looked after me and was really knowledgeable and friendly . Eddie Snr looked after me as always . This is the only place I will buy a suit in future

Called to book for wedding suits for myself and 6 groomsmen a month in advance. Called a week to go, to confirm the appointment, confirmed by another member of staff.

On the day, 2 hours before the appointment, they called and said 'The wedding department is off every second Friday sorry we have to cancel.' My appoinntment was at 5pm.

I politley informed the staff member that called me I would find another shop as I was fuming.

I have taken time of work to make the appointemnt. My best man has come from Clonakilty this morning. I had groomsmen coming from Dublin via public transport. 4 hour journey to Ballyhaunis. So now, I have to travel to Ballyhaunis to collect the groomsmen from Dublin for no reason.

Organise suits for a wedding? These cowboys can't organise their own calendar. I would rather show up to my wedding in trackies than to visit Eddie Murphys.

Got both Sons two lovely suits and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this shop for high quality suits and a good variety of fits and colours. Clean bright comfortable shop plenty of nice staff. We will be back for sure. Thanks guys.
