I’m very disappointed in how this company has treated me, I gave them a £40k deposit that I was told would be returned in full if the project couldn’t go ahead for any reason and now I am taking them to court to recover my deposit

Daryl and his Ecowatts Energy team worked fast to install a solar system to our house at a time that suited us without any pressure. They didn’t make any mess and we found them very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their after sales service is incredibly helpful and they are always easy to contact whenever we need advice.

A great service all round and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Exceptional service from all the team with a wealth of knowledge, however, simplified it so we could understand without the sales pitch everyone or almost everyone dreads. Daryl was extremely helpful in supporting us to make choices on what equipment is available without been pushy. Great choice of equipment available. The after care has been, and continues to be great which I would rate second to none. The system we have is fabulous and not an eye sore, the workmanship is neat and tidy, I can't rate the company and the team high enough.

Excellent Service from start to finish. System explained well face-to-face. Installation was professional, efficient and well managed. After Care maintained contact.

A great experience, from start to finish…

Tom offered a great initial meeting about the possibility of us installing solar panels and batteries.

What really impressed us was his listening and creative thinking as we were keen to have panels and batteries installed on and in the garage.

He came up with a solution and a quote and once the deposit was paid the whole team were involved, keeping us informed as they put into place all the behind the scenes jobs that needed to be done before installation.

Delivery happened as prearranged and the dream team arrived and worked their magic installing panels, setting up 2 batteries, and digging up the necessary trench to get the power across the garden to the mains in the house.

As well as a great experience dealing with Ecowatts, they seem to have done a fabulous job - very tidy, totally focussed on the job at hand, completing each task methodically throughout their time here, and completing the job.

The system is now up and running… we’re sitting in front of our screen shots watching power feeding into our home. Yea!!!

On time, talked and guided us through the process from start to finish. Very reassuring and was in constant communication from start to finish. Would recommend and have recommend them to family and friends who are looking at getting solar.

Having thought about solar a few years ago it went on the back burner until recently. From the moment of my first enquiry through to us making the decision to proceed then Tom was outstanding in his interactions with us. Tom never once pushed the sale and simply gave us options to consider and good links to research what products were available and insisted throughout that he would simply advise and that ultimately the decision rested with us. We went away and looked into the systems further and then went back to Tom to arrange a further discussion. From that we then agreed on a system that worked for us and made our deposit. Thereafter both Tom and Daryl maintained really good communication with us up to and even after installation. The scaffolding team, the delivery driver, the installation team, everyone was really friendly and helpful.
Whilst solar is expensive to buy it gives you confidence when you get such great service. I look forward to now referring friends and family to ecowatts as the experience has been outstanding.

Daryl and his team was 12/10 throughout the whole process, but what impressed us the most was the after care and the visit back to make sure we understood the feed in tariff and that we fully understood how to maximise our battery. Aftercare is the best we have ever dealt with, highly recommend Ecowatts Energy.

Amazing. Daryl was absolutely brilliant. As a newcomer to solar, Daryl explained the figures and the installation process so well, and was very patient. Installation and customer service to follow was second to none. Couldn’t recommend any more.
