Cold call to clean my rendering. My partner was away on business and I thought it would be nice for her to come back to. Unfortunately looked at Trustpilot too late...
Promises of not trashing any of the plants. Claims of being the only ones licensed to use this 'special cleaning agent'. (Concentrated sodium hypochlorite; industrial bleach - not realised until after they'd started.)
Needless to say, the fumes permeating into my home took a few days to clear, the plants did get trashed, as did the Ring doorbell which now looks like it's done 5 years on a lighthouse in the Atlantic.
The rendering *did* get bleached - not a surprise - but I would never allow that process to happen again.
I'm kicking myself for being an idiot as there were so many red flags: unliveried, knackered van; all operatives wearing different cleaning company shirts and hats; surly operatives there probably more for intimidation than cleaning; website.
And, for what they actually did, it was way overpriced.

The company (a branch based in Essex) promised to clean our drive-way, INCLUDING REMOVING BLACK FUNGUS MARKS. While the accumulated dirt was removed, the fungus stayed put, and there was also no sign of the 'resin sealer' they claimed to have applied. We paid up, but we regret having given them the job!

Don't you dare come onto people's drives again with your disgusting attitude. I'll report you to the police next time you push your crap services. When a customer says no NO MEANS NO. You've been caught on cctv displaying intimidating and threatening behaviour and I've notified everyone in the area of your "business".

They agreed to come back and do our roofs after 14 day cooling off period. They grabbed their ladder sprayed some sort of chemicals (4th Feb, 2025) and promised to come back. They never came back and the roofs not cleaned. They took our money(full payment) via card transfer and we couldn't get it back all because it seemed like they started the job. Roofs sitting just as it is.
They exploit legal loopholes to scam elderly people. BE CAREFUL!!

Knocked on the door for business, they said they'd offer a free demo which meant they let themselves into my backgarden later in the day uninvited. Agreed to price and the did the patio, the chemical was so strong, they kept spraying it all over the place, including my plants and patio furniture which is now damaged. They moved my furniture off the patio as part of the service and that is now damaged including a large crack on the table which was only new last year.
When they pressure washed the patio, they took no care to the surroundings. I had small stone border around the patio and that stone is literally everywhere on my property now.
I declined the fence clean and they still did 'demos' leaving me with two large patches on the fence which is totally unnecessary.
I have been absolutely scammed by them. I've paid too much money for a terrible service. I have certainly learnt my lesson from this.

SCAM COMPANY

These cowboys, cleaned my next door neighbours rendered wall on Saturday 14th June 2025.
I noticed the very strong chemical smell (Bleach / ammonia) and challenged the workers as the spray was drifting over my property, and I had my dog in the garden and koi fish in my pond. Was told it was a detergent. The debris from the cleaning drifted and covered my car, including this chemical and render, another neighbour who had been stood outside near to where my car was parked, complained that her skin was burning from the chemical mist that was drifting into the car parking area.
The chemicals have stripped the colour from some faux plants that were used to decorate an area in the garden. It had burnt / killed several plants in my garden.
Called the 0800 number (Which just diverts to a mobile) to complain about the damages, and told wasn't me I wasn't in that area on Saturday.
Spoken with my neighbour's and got the details of this company, and after a little googling, you realise that this company is not registered with Companies House, the vehicle they used, has an Irish number plate, no logos on vehicle etc.
Having had to bath the dog to remove the chemicals on her fur (Shes a husky so a thick coat) luckily she doesn't seem to have experiences chemical burns. Clean the car 3 times to remove this chemical residue, wash all the windows several times strip covers off of garden furniture, bin the damaged faux plants, and watch as mature Japanese Maple trees die off, and a long established Grape vine die within 2 days of there visit to my neighbour.

The so called company has now blocked my telephone number

This is a complete scam. They pressure you into paying, by bank transfer, for services they complete without skill or care. The work they did to fix my gutter was useless the first time it rained. I contacted them via phone and text as they requested to give them the chance to come and fix it, and despite repeated contact they have not done so. I have chased and chased and chased for nearly 6 months now where I have asked for a refund which they say they'll 'look into', but I've clearly had my number blocked and despite calling and witholding my number, they don't answer. There's no registered address for this company anywhere, it's not registered on companies house as a LTD company. Very dodgy. Steer well clear of these appalling cowboys.

I wouldn't even give 1 star to this fraudulent company. They charged me very high money by saying 5 year guarantee for weed free drive way. I noticed too many weeds on my drive way. They did not even re-sanded the drive way after cleaning. When asked, they are simply disconnecting the call.

A team with this van turned up at our door offering their services. Despite telling them that we didn't want to make an unplanned expenditure, they insisted and offered to take credit card. After settling on a price they washed our windows, facias and soffits. They also pressured us into fence treatment. At the end of the job, they said their card machine didnt work so we were forced to pay by bank transfer. Perhaps the card machine was just a story. My main gripe was that the windows were not wiped down with a sqeegee leading to water marks all over all of our windows. This looks worse than before, when I contacted them, they ignored my calls and so I persisted to text them. They texted back with a date that they will come back to rectify it but never turned up. All the time during the work, they claimed that they were doing me a great favour and I was lucky to have them give me a bargain price. When they didnt turn up, I asked them about when they would come, they now showed irritation alleging my bad "attitude" for pressing them and offered me a partial refund. When I agreed to the refund, they changed their mind and offered to come back to clean the windows on their terms ie a date they would return to the area. I agreed to this and this was meant to be a week ago to the day I am writing this review.
However now there are no responses to any texts sent to them and never returned. They have probably blocked my number. My neighbours have also been affected by them. Do not use their services when they turn up at your door unless you can oversee and supervise their work. They appear pretty friendly otherwise.

Duped us into giving them business and didn't do the job properly either. i only got to realize i was scammed once i looked up for the work they've done and what normally is charged for it. During the time they were in my garden right to the end they kept this attitude as if they were doing me a great favour and that i wouldn't be getting any better service from anywhere else and that the amount is justified because of the material cost. I regret answering the door, they started their pitch by telling me that they just did a job for my next door neighbour (who was also fleeced out of large sum of money).

Stay away from them, no doubt they had no mentioning of their company on trustpilot.

They changed the agreed amount half way through the job, then added additional work to re-negotiate. you feel pressured as you've not got a way out when the work is half way done. Also didn't do a very good job, had to call them again to re-point some of the tiles they missed, worst of all it is all coming off. i would have to spend more money to get it fixed properly this time.

Avoid them at all costs.

Was a bit concerned at first look at the reveiws but actually did a good job

Scam scam scam
Took their services as they came to home with fake promises to clean driveway and roof tiles with 5 year guarantee. They did an improper cleaning on driveway also messed all our garden, garage, home walls, windows and even neighbours windows while cleaning the driveway. They told that they have sprayed some chemicals for roof cleaning and to wait for two weeks and asked for full payment saying they will check after two weeks and also will clean our gutters as well as part of roof tile cleaning.
After that they didn’t cane back, disconnecting our calls, no invoice and no paperwork’s, also there is no single change on Roof tiles and mosses.
Beware of these full scammers.

It’s a scam. They didn’t complete job. Tried to contact them several times and it’s blocked now. Stay away from them.
