Emailed to change address after notification that the payment would be taken, but got no response and the order was shipped to my old address. Not changing the address was my fault, but not replying to my email about the situation is poor customer service.
EDIT: this situation has been resolved by ecoswash team.

As for the product itself, there's not much difference to other detergents but it's good to support charities by washing.

I really like the product, it feels much more sustainable than other brands, it's really convenient for travel and makes clothes smell pleasantly clean.

I didn't expect it to be as compact as it is, or to work as well. I first got them for running gear, but they're now our default choice of detergent.

The come through to post and we get a heads-up just before they ship, so I can make a last minute change.

Last visit was to modify the frequency of orders, as we were building minor stock of them. This wasn't complicated and seems to have worked without issue.

Effective, eco friendly product, delivered in low-impact packaging. Now a repeat customer.

Prompt delivery when expected and it's a good eco product to use

Great product, gets sports gear clean and leaves a fresher smell. Good for the environment. Easy to use website, had an issue with delivery initially but after an email this was rectified and feel confident to use thus method of ordering again.

I like the product - it washes well

Excellent product and excellent service

I thought this was going to be the answer! I have gym clothes with a permanent pong and I was so looking forward to using these and smelling the effectiveness of them.
I have been using two per wash for a while with my gym clothes, and although there is a small improvement, it’s not been as effective as I’d hoped.
I’ve tried it for a few weeks now, as I thought that perhaps my gym wear needed the time, I’ve had it on a hot wash but mostly wash at 30 and still not been as effective as I was hoping for.

Best laundry sheets I’ve tried; work well and leave a nice smell. Use them for all my laundry. I use two sheets per wash, but we have very hard water.

Such an amazing product. I used to get to the point t shirts where unsaveable, but Ecoswash works incredibly well. Been using for over a year now and not had to replace a single piece of running gear because of smell. Highly recommend
