Failure to deliver, or even proactively provide any updates along the way
So far, not a great experience. Placed an order 4/4 and later got an email two days later that it was cancelled due to payment authorization. I replaced the order. Time went by with no email or update so I called customer service and they said the order needed to be verified. So I had to verify all my personal information over the phone which feels sketchy. I then got an email saying my order was confirmed on 4/15. It is now 4/22 and my order still says processing. I called again and now I’m told that they don’t have the item in stock and don’t have an update when it will arrive. It’s still for sale on their website with no disclaimer.

Good site but not always great communication
I’ve been ordering for a while. Their prices are good if you catch their sales. Twice it’s happened that what I ordered is not in stock and both times they never reached out… they just don’t ship the order. I called and they were happy to refund but by then I’ve been waiting for a while for my item. Other than that I’m very happy with e cosmetics
