Coupons rarely work. …
Almost every time I get a coupon code in email for a 25-40% savings when I try and use it I get a message it can’t be used and tries to make me use 15% off instead. I read all the conditions regarding the coupon and I met all the conditions. I had to call once and after a bunch of hassle I got to use one of them.
It seems very deceptive.

I was happy to see such a high rating for this website. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I ordered a neck cream I have used from other sites with success. When it arrived after two weeks, it had an "old" smell. I looked up the codes which were production codes not expiration and found it was an "expired" product. I contacted them, and spoke with Rosemary and it was requested I send photos, have to hassle with a return of product to get my money back and they do not have another unexpired product to replace the outdated one. My question is does this site have better pricing because you are getting outdated products? If you are debating between two sites, I would go with the other. This is not one I would take a risk on again.
My comment after reply: Yes, Celelia did reach out after Rosemary yesterday to give me a free return label and I will be refunded when you get the product. I hope to ship it out today. x
