Fantastic customer service from Ecosmart. After a disaster over Christmas leaving us without hot water, everyone was really helpful in getting us back and up and running before the new year. Lots of extra effort also put in as our property is not the easiest to access. Not necessarily the cheapest on the market but worth a little extra for efficiency and peace of mind. Communication has been great throughout and very reassured by their professionalism and handling of the warranty.

We were incredibly impressed with how Ecosmartheat went out of its way to accommodate our needs. They were quick with answering our calls, fitting us in on our preferred timeline and the quality of the work was faultless.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and also the Thermino heat battery.

I had an amazing experience with Ecosmart. My boiler was leaking so it was quiet urgent. From the minute I emailed for a quote they got back to me within an hour and I phoned them back and had them booked in to come the following week to install. They were able to come at 8am in the morning and arrived bang on time meaning I could go to work and leave them to it. They phoned me at 10.30am to say it was all done and sent me photos. There was a slight hiccup when I went to have a shower in the morning and it wasnt hot enough but the installler called me and talked me through what to adjust. Couldnt be happier with the product and service. According to my smart meter I have saved £8 in the first week on my electricity bill. Sophie who organises it all on the phone is friendly and efficient. Would defiantely recommend.

Good riddance to the old water tank, hello instant and powerful hot water. Sophie and the whole team who deliver and fit the new system are just excellent. It really was a wonderful service. So happy with the whole process.

This whole experience was so pain free, from my initial meeting with Sophie, to the day of installation. So happy with my new water heating system. The whole team were great and very helpful.

Our seven year old Sunamp water heater expired while we were on holiday and we returned to no hot water, it had to be replaced under it's 10 year warranty. Ecosmart Heating Ltd were recommended by Sunamp to fit the replacement for us. They arranged for a new unit to be delivered as soon as was physically possible and we had hot water back on within two days of speaking to them. Their staff were friendly, very fast and their work was neat and tidy. As soon as the unit was delivered it was fitted and up and running within a couple of hours. Highly recommend these guys!

The company were helpful, efficient and always easy to contact with a knowledgable and friendly person at the other end of the phone or e.mail. The initial visit and assesment of requirements gave confidence, as did the follow-up conversations and booking. The installation took place as planned and the workmen were friendly efficient and tidy. They worked hard in very hot weather. All appears in good order. The system provides lovely hot water on demand with very little 'run off' before the hot water comes through. The heaters in each room provide excellent heat output, all controllable individually.

Anyway, good experience overall - slight niggle with an extra part needed in our particular installation, but it was sorted out very fast and smooth. Delivery guys took our awkward narrow bendy staircase in their stride, the installer helpfully removed a shower pump that had to go, and the product is wonderful! Full bore mains pressure potable hot water for 9 months now - couldn't go back to a tank.

We had a Sunamp thermal battery installed by EcoSmart and it was a very easy process! Sophie was able to advise us on the best battery for our needs and determine where the installation would be best suited in our home. The technicians were friendly and efficient - the whole process was much faster than we imagined it would be! We also had our hot water back almost immediately. Sophie checked back in with us after the installation to make sure we were happy and was able to answer some additional questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to switch to more sustainable and efficient systems!

Fitted a Sunamp Thermidor Hot Water system to run along side our Grant Solar Thermal system.
Overall price very good, installation excellent and the communication from the company excellent.

Ecosmart fitted a heat battery in my London apartment to replace an electric water tank that was getting temperamental. They were extremely efficient and organised the delivery and fitting within a week of me contacting them. The communication was really good and everything went very smoothly.

The new system is great - it takes much less space than the tank, radiates far less heat and as the water comes from the mains directly there are no concerns about stagnant water/Legionnaires disease if I go away and turn off the heating. The timer that was fitted is very flexible and simple to program, so I can put it on overnight using the cheaper tariff.

I'm on the 3rd floor with no lift but the delivery team were very professional and didn't complain at all. It was fitted tidily and quickly with all mess removed.

I liked that the price was completely transparent from the website - it probably wasn't the cheapest but everything was included so I could budget for it and there were no surprises. They were obviously experts in this relatively new technology which gave me confidence that it would be done properly and if any problems arose later on they would be addressed.

Overall I'd highly recommend them.

I had a Sunamp heat battery fitted alongside additional works to completely remove the old central heating system and external oil boiler. Very good communication right from my initial enquiry through to delivery of the Sunamp and installation. I was slightly unsure that they would be able to complete the job in one day, but the team of 2 installers worked tirelessly to get it done while keeping tidy and removing all waste. The pricing was very competitive and transparent when comparing to other Sunamp installers and despite the distance I am located from them (they cover nationwide), I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
