Compete scam

Compete scam.
The company offers a 100% monyey back guarantee if the product doesn't work... however, they will not honour it. I have been fighting with them, and they say that because I opened the package and used it, they can't issue a refund. Well, how am I supposed to try it if I can't open it?! They also overcharged me, saying there were "processing fees"; however, that was never mentioned at checkout.
I also think they are running several different websites (outlining pretty much the same thing). The email is has "familycadvip" and came up on my credit card as Avantgarde Service.
