Purchased two Eco -power units 4 weeks ago, delivery times terrible, weeks before it was delivered. Tracking info did not work,think it was from China or Germany ?
One unit failed after 10 days informed the company but not very helpful they wanted photo of the item they kept sending messages via Paypal sent photo which they claimed they never received,asked for replacement still waiting ( buyer beware)do not buy

Stay away from this company not to be trusted joined in March had a bill of 305 in total in may and they sent esb to disconnect me the supervisor was spose to ring me never did but just sent esb for disconnected over 305 euro stay well away well away not to he trusted bad company

Excellent communication before install. Electricians arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard. Very pleased with their service.
Only niggle: I would have liked the appointment to be confirmed the day before so I could plan my day around their arrival.

I was worried at first that the installation team were wanting to charge for all sorts of extras but the engineer who installed the Pod turned up on time and did a great job with the installation and no extra charges. I would recommend the Pod Point company.

Arrived on time on day of installation. Very professional service from start to finish.

Neat cable clipped low to the outside wall where it is not visible from the public footpath . The electrician even put a slight bend in the route to avoid an old climbing rose that grows tight to the wall.

The engineer arrived at the allotted time slot and as all the details I had provided were spot on, he got straight on with the job and with little time lost he was finished by lunchtime. The installation is faultless and I have been able to recharge my vehicle numerous times without any faults.

Excellent installation of pod point. Everything was done as planned via the online self survey. Quick, efficient and very pleasant. Pod point installed exactly where we wanted and no extra charges.

From the moment the order was passed from Pod Point to install my charger, I received excellent service from Ecopower Energy. Even when I changed the position of the charger they remained ever helpful. When it came to the installation they arrived at the specified time and explained the process in full before and during the installation. As a retired electrician I was impressed by their workmanship.

Really friendly, professional service. Turned up on time, nothing was a bother and the engineer was really respectful of our requests for where we wanted the wiring to go. The space was left tidy where he worked too. Would highly recommend!
