I booked a parcel collection for 14/01 waited all day (8am-6pm) but no one came. I received no call, no message, no delivery update. I contacted the help chat and was told a human agent would reply but i never got any response. This is unacceptable customer service and failure to provide the paid service.

The collection didn't happen with the given reason that the collection address was incomplete, which was not. They haven't be any helpfull on the customer service and they told me to request for a new collection date which would cost me 5 euros more or a refund which will just take a fee of 6 euros. This company looks to be a scam, at least they're in the market to rip money out of people's pocket.

Worst customer service I have ever seen
I have used this company twice. First, everything was fast and smooth. However, the real deal comes when there is a problem; in my case, they lost my box and it never appeared. The customer service happens exclusively via chat, and no phone or email exists. The chat is answered by a bot and never provides you with answers. Also, the tickets get closed after 48h without an answer (including their side). After a week of dispute, they marked automatically the order as 'DELIVERED', which it was not at all. After around a month of uncountable tickets, the webpage doesn't let me contribute anymore in the chat. So, now I am without my box, without a compensation, and without any way of communication with them. It's a literal SCAM.

The most terrible experience of sending a parcel. I took a day off work to make sure I could send the parcel, as there was no exact time for delivery. In the end, I received a message saying that my parcel could not be delivered, even though I had been at home all day and had not left the house for a minute. Customer support suggested that I cancel the order, for which I would have to pay €6, and also offered this interesting solution to ensure that the parcel would be delivered: "Be at the building entrance/ground floor during business hours on collection day." I asked them if they were out of their minds, spending the whole day outside to deliver a parcel. They said they would transfer the case to another support agent, and they haven't responded for three days now. I will file a chargeback through my bank, and I recommend that everyone who has encountered this service do the same. This negatively affects their rating with the merchant, and for every chargeback they lose, they lose an additional €19 on top of that.
Lost parcel, no claim possible, no accountability
I shipped 7 boxes from Italy to Belgium. 6 were delivered, 1 was lost.
Since the moment the parcel went missing, I have been stuck in an endless loop of bureaucracy and system failures.
Customer support confirmed that the parcel is missing and likely lost in France, asked me for detailed descriptions and photos, which I provided fully. After that: no progress, no solution.
The most unacceptable part:
Their system shows the order as “completed”, which makes it impossible to open an official missing-parcel claim.
When I try, the system returns “claim not supported”.
There is no phone number, no direct email, and every department redirects you to another one — while admitting they cannot help.
In short:
• Parcel lost under their responsibility
• Evidence provided
• Claim technically blocked by their own system
• Customer left powerless
I am being asked to do things that are literally impossible in their system. This is not customer service, this is avoidance of responsibility.
Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.
I would strongly advise against using this company for valuable or personal shipments.

I booked a door-to-door shipment from Portugal to Estonia. I stayed at the pickup address all day, but no courier came, similar to what other reviews report. Despite this, the pickup was incorrectly marked as “recipient absent”, and the shipment was cancelled the same evening.
Support initially responded quickly, but once I explained that the cancellation was not my fault and that I refuse to pay extra fees, communication slowed down and then eventually stopped. I was only offered a paid rebooking or a partial refund with a €6 deduction, even though the issue was clearly caused by the carrier.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Please avoid!

THESE ARE REAL SCAMMERS. They have created a website with no real support — no phone numbers, no proper email addresses, only a bot chat. It’s an aggregator that takes no responsibility for anything. Of course, no one is going to go to court over 40 euros, and that’s exactly what they are counting on. The service was paid for, no one came to collect the parcel, and that’s it. The money cannot be refunded.

I placed an order with this company and received full confirmation and paperwork, including information that a courier would collect the parcel on the scheduled day.
I stayed at the address for the entire day waiting for the collection. No courier arrived. There was no knock, no doorbell, no phone call, and no message.
Later, the order status was updated to “recipient not present,” which was untrue. I was present the entire time.
I was then forced to choose between abandoning the order or rebooking and losing another day. I rebooked. This felt easy. No warnings on the way about the consequences of this move.
The same situation happened again: full paperwork, another full day waiting, no courier, no contact, and again an update stating that the recipient was not present.
So I started my action to get a refund as no service was delivered. I was informed that I was no longer eligible for a refund because my collection day was rebooked, despite the service never being provided.
There was no meaningful way to contact the company to resolve this.
In practice, this means you can pay, wait multiple days, receive no service, and still lose your money.
I am recommending to go somewhere else far from this company.
EcoParcel cannot be trusted
EcoParcel cannot be trusted. I paid for a parcel collection that never happened — twice, at two different locations, with people waiting each time. No courier arrived, no phone call was made, yet EcoParcel marked the collections as “unsuccessful” and provided no proof of any attempt. Customer support was completely unhelpful and kept repeating scripted responses while refusing a refund, claiming it was not possible because the order was “rebooked,” even though the rebooking only happened because they failed to collect the parcel in the first place. This feels like an excuse to withhold money for a service that was never provided. Extremely poor service, zero accountability, and a very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

The company just needs to improve their communication.
The delivery took 2 weeks more than estimated and in the middle they told me the package was lost. I gave it by absolute lost and suddenly they told me was on the way but not exactly from where.
I think they just need to improve the scanning of the packages to show the progress. So, even if delayed, you can still see where your package is.
They are the worst
They are the worst, I paid for a pickup and delivery of a parcel from Sweden to Poland which was meant to be picked up Last Friday. No one from Ecoparcel contacted the sender or did they try and pick it up, with insurance and flexible cancellation all paid for they have refunded not even half of what they owe.
This whole operation is a scam.
