Ecom Unified 

I joined ecomunified last year and never made any profits. I have not recovered my service fees also. My last inventory got misplaced and I am not able to contact them for the past 4 months. My managers at ecomunified were Chris and Daniel. Now their phone numbers are not working. I want to proceed legally but don't know how. We all should contact each other and help out in getting our money back.

I started January 12 2026, paid their fees. At first, communication was responsive. I spoke with Oliver and then Daniel. both seemed competent. Then after making a payment for a merchandise order on February 10, I STILL have not seen it show in in my amazon FBA inventory. I have the paid invoice to prove it is paid!. My last communication with them was March 10th, 2026. Oliver emailed me to confirm he had received all my payments and we would be working on 'next steps' right away. I am writing this review on April 1st, and I still have not heard back from anyone. I have called both of the direct numbers for Oliver and Daniel, I have called the main customer service line, I have emailed them multiple times. STILL NO RESPONSE.
I know there are others in my situation. I propose we all get together and contact the Attorney General's Office in Texas because this is obviously a SCAM!

I have been dealing with one of the managers for several months now and all of a sudden I cannot make contact. I have called several times and several text messages.As well as email messages to no avail. I'm trying to make some khana contact with someone in that office. My manager for e commerce is name Daniel Hardin. I would like to know if there's anyone that can help me

But I have to be honest about my experience with Ecom Unified and specifically with Chris and Dan. Chris and Dan are currently unreachable - if they know a number is from me, it doesn't look like they respond.

In the start, things went well. But even the inventories that sold have only given marginal profits. I invested more, and currently I am at a loss of $4600 or so. A large part of my inventories have also been returned.

Unfortunately, I introduced Ecom Unified to a trusted friend as well, and he has invested $5000 in an inventory and not heard from Ecom Unified for the past 1.5 months or so.

George set up my eBay business and walked me through everything, even the parts that confused the hell out of me. He was patient and always answered when I had questions. After three months, my account had crossed $15k in sales. What I love most is how hands-off it's become now. Definitely recommend working with George and his team.

This company is dishonest and has lack of transparency. In the beginning to convince you come onboard make empty promises that they never deliver or unable to deliver.

The reason finally my company agreed to come onboard with them was that they grantee an increase of 10% on sale within 90 days otherwise my company is entitle of receiving a full refund of service fee but they were far from delivery at that period. They also unable to commit to many other articles on the contact such as SEO, email marketing, Influencer, user friendly website.

Upon receiving our complaint the CEO, George Harper via an email committed to refund us within 30 days but they did not and stop responding to our inquiry.

Based on my company's experience, it is unclear how people are leaving positive reviews. The only explanation is that all these reviews are bought in by their company.

The only purpose of our review is to stop other small businesses to get involved with this dishonest company.

I started Amazon wholesale with this company in January and it’s been a great experience so far. Chris helped me get started and made the onboarding experience very streamlined. He was clear with his instructions, which helped me feel confident from the beginning.

Now, 7 months later, I feel really happy with how things are going. Daniel, who is my project manager, is super responsive and always checks with me before doing anything on my store. It’s nice to be involved and know that they actually care about my business.

So far, my store has made $38+ in revenue and return on investment has been solid. Overall, I’m very satisfied and definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting into Amazon wholesale.

This company is scam. I signed a contract with them and they did not follow most of terms in the contract. They did not deliver on their commitments. Based on one of the terms under grantee, they promised to refund their service fee if my sale increases 10% after 3 months. My sale during this period on a negative trends after they charged my CC on the Social Media close to $7000 USD. There were no transparency and all I faced was resistance on delivery according to the contract. They were committed to make my website user friendly but they making excuses that I do not need it for now. On mobile phone the website use was not smooth as on laptop. They committed to do SEO and they refused to do so. The committed to email marketing but refused to do it. They were supposed ot use AI for adds and first asking for more money but when I referred them to the contract, they did a very low quality delivery and I asked them not to use it. They were supposed to search for an influencer and after three months connected me to one who was not responsive. They only thing they did was charging my CC on social media that had no impact.
When I asked for refunding the service fee according to the contract, the CEO, George Harper, being defensive and made many excuses, he promised that he will refund me in 28 days but he did not. He is not responding to my emails either.
Please stay away since they do not deliver as they promise and they are not at all professional or skillful.

I’m flabbergasted by the amazing comments on this unknown website for Ecomunified as apposed to considering legit sources such as BBB or Google reviews which do not have any records of this company. I’m literally confused as who to trust and how can you contact these clients for validation as they have considered giving top notch ratings for a newly born company. Many of them have claimed that they are making heck loads of money and they have just started 2 weeks earlier. Something is not right
