This company is a complete scam. They took my money and, according to the contract I signed, were supposed to help me open and manage a Walmart store. They later claimed they were unable to do so, and as outlined in our agreement, I requested a refund since they could not provide the service. Instead, they tried to push me into starting a TikTok store and asked for even more money. I refused because that was never part of the original contract.

The contract clearly states that I am entitled to a full refund after submitting a formal request and allowing 20 days for processing. I did this over two months ago and have still received nothing. When I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I was informed that the phone number listed on the company’s website is already known to them as being associated with a scam.

If you want honestly and open lines of communication then Ecom Saints is the agency to work with. The way they handled the launch of my Walmart store was super profesh.
