Refund not processed as I was told
I purchased a diffuser in Oct , it has already broken. I contacted the company and they promised me the refund had been applied , it hadn’t ! I had to email them to chase and they told me there was an error and they will do immediately , this still hasn’t been done , i am frustrated by this as a diffuser should not break this quickly. Video evidence of it shutting down after a few seconds has been sent to them .
