David and Griff were incredibly quick to answer the phone and guide us through our urgent situation.

We placed the order online, called them, and they were able to arrange an earlier collection time. The whole collection took no more than 20 minutes, even though we had quite a lot of stuff to be removed.

It’s not the cheapest service, but when you need a problem solved quickly and responsibly — without resorting to illegal dumping — it was absolutely worth it.

Do not waste your time or money with this company if you expect honest communication and punctual service for scheduled pickups. We scheduled a mattress pickup, but management made a simple timing check completely miserable. When I called for a routine confirmation of pickup timeliness, the manager, David, passed the buck entirely by dumping me onto his collection guy, Griff. When Griff was unreachable, David decided the easiest solution was to ghost my follow-up calls altogether. Unsurprisingly, the crew arrived two days late, showing complete disrespect for their customers.

Would highly recommend the service and efficiency from Griff. Clear arrangements and communication for the collection before and on the day and a very satisfied customer.

Save yourself the hassle and book with another provider. We scheduled a mattress pickup, but the collection team showed up two days late with zero communication. Trying to reach customer support was a complete nightmare, and when we finally got through, the representative was completely unhelpful and rude. Zero respect for customers' time.

Unreliable. Took more than a week after payment to arrange collection after constant chasing. The customer service agent very rude and started to ignore my call.

While easy to book on line I had a couple of questions and was delighted to get through to Griff who was more than accommodating and helpful. The mattress was my mother’s and she is almost 92 years. His operatives communicated with me on arrival at the site and treated my mother so kindly and professionally while removing the Old mattress.
In conclusion the service was efficient, professional and had the essential human touch so often missing today with the added comfort that the old mattress will be environmentally treated.

Great customer service. Collected my mattress within 48 hrs, and brought my new mattress upstairs.

Very difficult company to get a hold of for collection or anything else.

No one got back to me after booking a collection so I had to chase them down. When I finally did get through to the individual who did collections, then it was ok.

Have been asking for a receipt/invoice for weeks now and no response.

Highly recommend. Professional courteous service from beginning to end. Very responsive. Booked a collection on Wednesday and received a text message to confirm a date and time, with the option to accept or reschedule. Arrived on time. No issues at all.

Great service. Came across their name on Fingal website, placed an order online late Friday afternoon, received a text Saturday morning to see if it suited. Brilliant service and great value.

Used Ecomattressrecyclingireland to dispose of an old mattress. Put in the order on a Thursday evening online, order confirmation the next morning, and from then I was getting updates on the progress of my order and they had the mattress collected by lunch. An incredibly efficient and professional company that provides great value. Very impressed highly recommended.

Firstly I dealt with them by phone and the female customer service rep was very pleasant to deal with, taking all details needed. The website doesn't say it, but I was able to pay over the phone with card which suited me better.
They do 3 collections a week on the North side of Dublin. Today was one of those days. I received a phone call about 15 minutes before they were due to arrive. Box truck pulled up and they confirmed the address. Three gentlemen hopped out and quickly removed my mattress with ease. All were polite and efficient, ending the experience with me getting a physical receipt from them.
Hopefully it will be many years before I need their services again, but would highly recommend them if, like me, you have no means to transport your old bed or mattress to a recycling centre.
