I've ordered from this shop multiple times and have generally been happy with the quality and price of the products I've received, however in my last order which included a box of 4 AA Lithium batteries, I've received a box with only 2 batteries and the other half of it empty. Either the box has been opened before, or the factory shorted them, but in either case I'm the one with products I paid for missing. I've sent an email which has been left unanswered for over a week, and I've tried calling their number a dozen of times to a "we're not here right now" recording. The form on their website just throws a CAPTCHA error. I have not found a way to contact any form of customer support to ask for the batteries I'm missing.

I contacted Ecolux for confirmation of the replacement battery I needed. I received a reply requesting more information which I promptly sent. I had no response, and numerous unanswered telephone calls and email chases later I gave up and purchased the battery since I was about 90% confident. It arrived, charged fine, and is now fitted and in use. Hopefully all good there. But only 3 stars as if you know your lithium batteries you are probably going to be fine with this company but if, like me, you are unfamiliar and need help, it seems you are out of luck.

Perfect service

Brilliant for hard to find batteries of various configurations particularly, in my case, for my torch collection although I suspect that vaping is the main source of customers. Prices are competitive for both batteries and chargers. I've never had a duff battery from this company they all seem safe and genuine. Ecoluxshop seem to have a good knowledge of the products they supply and I trust them.

Bought 4 of 26650 LI batteries for garden solar lighting, they seem high capacity, well made and a good price. They do store a lot of power, a noticeable increase from my old 18650s.
