Unfortunately, bad experience
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with ExoLuxe. I ordered a stovetop kettle and two problems occurred. First, it did not arrive when promised. I sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails inquiring about it and never got a single reply. Then, it showed up about a week after promised and it was the wrong product. They sent me the electric version, not the stovetop version. At least the return label email came promptly. I felt like they were very unprofessional in not replying to my multiple messages.
