I’m absolutely thrilled with my decking which I had installed recently. I’ve found Eco deck to be excellent from Chris the salesman who was lovely to Logan & Sonny who were excellent workers & did a great job & nothing was too much trouble for them.

I Had a single-level composite deck fitted and I couldn’t be happier! From the sales visit to the survey and installation, the whole process was smooth and professional. Everything was explained clearly, no hidden costs, and the payment process was straightforward. The deck looks amazing and the team did a brilliant job—highly recommend

We have been amazed at the experience of buying decking from Ecodek from beginning to end. The sales man, Nick, was excellent, not pushy, just extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The surveyor, Gary was on time, efficient and very helpful. The fitters, Dylan and Danny were extraordinary. They were so pleasant and incredibly professional and proficient in their approach. They kept checking at each aspect of installation that it was exactly what we wanted. They were the icing on the cake, making the whole experience from enquiry till completion one of the best buying experiences we have ever experienced. And the product, unbelievably good. If you want a fantastic product and a wonderful buying experience you have to go with this company.

From the initial survey through to the installation everything was managed and completed in a thoroughly professional manner. The installers, Logan and Sonny deserve a special mention for their friendly and polite manner as well as their skill and hard work. I would have no reservations in recommending this company.

We were very impressed with this company from the salesman, Steve, explaining the product, discussing prices and giving us an instant quote and the surveyor who followed to ensure all was suitable.
We had a bit of a hiccup with the fitting date that delayed our fitting by a week. This was due to miscommunication between us and the company which was disappointing and shouldn’t have happened.
However once the fitters were here everything went like clockwork. Jordan and Ross worked very hard, were very polite and amenable. Small issues were dealt with instantly and without drama. They are a credit to the company.

We have recently had a kitchen diner extension built to the rear of our property and needed a solution that provided steps down onto our lawn. We looked at traditional slabbing and bull nosed steps etc and then hit upon the idea of decking. We did our research and had a few local companies provide ideas and quotations, none of which gave us the confidence we required.
We came across Ecodek and wow are we glad that we did! From making contact with them we were recontacted very quickly and a no quibble site visit was arranged. Chris was the sales guy who attended and he has been fabulous from the quick turn around of our quote and giving us ideas, to staying in contact with us and giving us any updates we needed. I work with sales people for a living and unfortunately it is quite rare to find sales people with the ethics that Chris has.
Next up the surveyor arrived and checked everything was all in order before manufacture. I cant remember his name but again another very pleasant and knowledgeable chap.
We were given an install date which was very quick and as promised the install team of Daz and Zane arrived and from the off you could see that there workmanship was above and beyond anything we expected.

The deck which was quite complex to build is absolutely fantastic and we could not be happier with every aspect of using Ecodek and would not hesitate to recommend them in a heartbeat!

A big big thank you to the superb Daz and Zane you guys are an absolute credit to Ecodek.

Great customer service from the initial enquiry through the quote process and final installation. Everything done when they said it would be done and to a high standard.

We love our new slate grey decking and balustrade. It looks amazing! Logan and Rob were excellent installers too - really friendly, polite and such grafters. The weather was boiling for the entire three days they spent here - yet they never stopped working - even putting in a 12 hour shift on one day. Cannot fault Ecodek at all.

The lads worked so hard over three days in the hot sun. They kept us up to date on the progress. They were very polite. They also came early at 8am amd worked through til nearly 5pm.

I would recommend Ecodek. From measuring the area and pricing to the installation was very well carried out. The team of Logan, Rob, Andre and Dev worked hard for a full week and carried out a very high standard installation for me. I’ve done a few trust pilot reviews in my time and even though I given them 4 stars here I have done so as it always leaves room for improvement lads but 5 stars could have easily be given. Thank you lads and Exodek. More than happy to send over pictures of the PEGOLA sitting on the deck when installed for sure. Happy future!!

We recently had our old timber decking replaced by Ecodek and would highly recommend. Logan and Rob the installers arrived on time every day and worked hard to make sure everything looked perfect before they finished the job. We are really satisfied with the finished result, a few hiccups along the way but those were sorted out by the team on-site who made sure that everything was to our liking and satisfaction before they left. Thank you Logan & Rob you have done a fantastic job and we absolutely LOVE our new decking

Generally I had a good experience with this company. My disappointment is that part of my decking was going over a flower bed, when asked if weeds would be able to grow through we were assured no because a membrane would be laid. The lads who fitted the decking and did a good job knew nothing of the membrane when asked, asking me if I had one. Needless to say no membrane was fitted and weeds are indeed poking through after a week.

I had a terrible experience with Ecodek. They are extremely unprofessional. They delayed the installation of my decking date three times and then delayed to return my deposit payment. I lost 6 weeks with them which had a significant impact on my building works. Stay away from this company! Dr Berrin Tezcan

I had Ecodek come out and measure to replace an old timber decking. Spoke to a friendly chap on the phone who booked in a visit. When the salesman arrived, he went through some options and showed me the array of different samples. Quoted on the spot and we were very happy. Few weeks later all installed by some great installers, couldn’t fault them (although they liked their tea). Peace of mind knowing it was all dealt with under 1 roof. Very happy, thanks Ecodek

A Truly Terrible Company with a salesman who plays hide and seek to avoid paying you back the money you're owned. Avoid at all costs as they don't play with a straight bat. Promises are broken, sizes are not what you ordered and and the bloke who sold it to you avoids you at all costs .

Fantastic company, very professional and a flawless free design consultation really helped me decide which decking solution I needed. Would 100% recommend.

We use the Ecodek Signature AT product on our new pontoon installations for the new Marina in South Shields. looking forward to posting pictures of the completed works - the product looks fantastically robust as it is self coloured throughout and has no surface skin like competitive products which could sustain damage in a harsh marine environment. We looked at many products, but Ecvodek looked the most robust and the fact that they manufacture bespoke lengths means zero wastage was a fantastic bonus. Not to mention the staff were a delight to deal with when helping us choose a product.

We have the Slate Grey 2.4m x 2.4m Composite Decking Patio Kit. It came with everything needed inc. fascias and screws. It looks amazing, we are so happy with it. Jessica Brown from Ecodek was very helpful with advice and sorting it all for us. We would highly recommend this kit or any other product from Ecodek.
