I had been finding it hard to source a particular brand of tea I love……everywhere out of stock but Eco Coffee showed they had it in stock. Ordered on line delivered a couple of days later good price too. I was interested to see that someone had actually gone to the trouble of writing the delivery instructions on the package, something that few companies bother to do and we are in a difficult to reach location so well done eco-coffee.
Great range of coffee products, especially for the connoisseur.
Prices are very competitive, and delivery is rapid.

Local company so thought delivery may be quick. However delayed as waiting for supplies. To be fair they did email and keep me updated once the products had been sent. Opted for normal standard delivery which was by FedEx. Eventually arrived 10
days after ordering, which is why I have knocked a star off.

Hi Clair, I can only apologise for the order taking longer than you'd hoped. I looked into it further and because, due to covid-19, we are keeping some of our perishable items to a minimum to avoid having anything go out of date, this mixed with our supplier having delays as well meant you didn't get your order as quickly as we'd like. We will endeavour to make sure this doesn't happen again.
