It was excellent service from the initial enquiry and visit by Brad to install and commissioning by Ben, the ever so knowledgeable installer. He was very thorough throughout and the 9.5kw battery is now up and running smoothly after just a morning’s work. All packaging was taken away and a full brief of how things work was given before departure. I just wish that I had selected Ecobubl as my total installer in the first instance. The company has high standards good price and quality installer’s and I highly recommend them.

Chose Ecobubl initially as they were local to me, based in the next town. I hadn't read any reviews. Wanted a newer inverter and an additional battery for my current setup.

For the last 9 months, I have been running a YouTube channel, called Gary Does Solar, which aims to help people who are interested to getting solar and battery for their home by providing them with solid, reliable information on the topic. You can imagine then, it was important for me, in choosing a supplier for my own installation, that they were credible, trustworthy and reliable - not least because some of my viewers might wish to choose that same supplier for themselves, based on my action and experience.

I chose Ecobubl, not because I thought they were the cheapest (the solar market is only just starting to grow rapidly, and just like in the 1980s with double-glazing, there will be plenty of cowboys out there, offering you a cheap price - one that you may live to regret later) but because I had checked them out thoroughly before contacting them. You only have to watch the YouTube videos they have made to see the great level of care they put into customer installations - and the passion of the team involved.

For me, this started with Sarah, who was my primary point of contact and handled the sale. She listened carefully to my requirements, and worked up a solution to meet them. As my roof had a number of Velux windows, it wasn't a straightforward process, but Sarah knew what she was doing and led me through the entire process step by step - I had every faith in her.

I was then introduced to Brad, who came to visit me, to look over everything at my house, to ensure EcoBubl could indeed provide the solution put forward. Brad would essentially lead the entire installation process. He was meticulous in everything he did, and gave me a great deal of confidence that everything would go well. Brad kept me up to date on every aspect and even managed a few changes I requested along the way - one of the best project managers I've seen, and in my career (in the mobile industry) I've worked with many.

On the week of the installation itself, Andy and Nathan carried out all of activities on the roof. I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, and everything went incredibly smoothly. And they explained everything they were doing along the way - I had real confidence in them.

At the same time, Ben and Mervin carried out all of the electrical installation, including two large batteries and a backup power system (EPS) I had requested at the last minute. I studied electrical and electronic engineering back in the day, so it was a joy to see these guys at work - true professionals, and like Andy and Nathan, they explained everything they were doing, and were happy answer any questions I had.

Brad came over towards to the end of the installation, to check everything was going well, complete the commissioning aspects, and took me through what would be happening next, including the various items of documentation I would be receiving (e.g. MCS certificate).

My experience with Ecobubl was amazing - this was a team of people who I could trust, and that counts for an incredible amount when you're spending thousands of pounds. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. And good luck with your own solar installation, whatever you decide!

Excellent design and quality of products used. The installation of the Solar panels and Batteries were carried out with great attention to detail by experienced and qualified engineers. Plus It came with a first class access to an App that monitors the complete system, giving constant performance information, with easy to understand instruction on its use. I was given a good handover explanation of the system and its operation. Its good to know that Ecobubl are always available to help with any queries or technical issues I might need plus the full backing of Givenergy's warranties and guarantees.

Everyone we dealt with at Eccobubl - Sarah, Brad and Ben - were professional but friendly and helpful. When things didn't run smoothly - a matter beyond their control - they resolved the problem quickly and their communication was excellent. Great company with excellent staff.

Attributes you rarely seem to get any more. Communication is also a key factor. And we even had Brad answering our emailed questions while he was off sick!

Ecobubl were easy to deal with when discussing my requirements, and their quote for a givenergy 9.5kWh battery and inverter was pretty good compared to alternatives received. They provided good support during the arduous DNO approval process, and then arranged fitting very quickly following approval. The team who completed the installation and commissioning were all very professional, worked with the minimum of disruption, and were a good bunch. Overall I'd highly recommend Ecobubl for their strong customer focus.

Starting with the initial specification and through to installation the team at Ecobubl clearly have huge experience. Every house is different so that expertise is important (our install 6.4kW PV array with 9.5kWh battery). There was also very good communication throughout with a friendly and experienced site team who have done a great job. Very pleased.

Our system design was architected and commissioned for us by Brad who explained the end to end configuration and installation process including setup of the customer system interface enabling us to manage our energy. Installation was conscientiously undertaken by Mervyn who was pleasant to be around, explained the work involved when asked and we are very pleased to say found very discrete ways to run cables without any obtrusive trunking. The overall installation looks professional and is logically installed. Thank you Ecobubl!

Ecobubl installed a 4kW PV array, 2 inverters and a 9.5kWh battery in Sept 2022.
As per other reviews, my experience was excellent from start to finish. Install happened on time despite there being a countrywide shortage of stock. Roofers and electricians were all helpful. Install looks very neat compared to many I have seen on the web.
Office staff helpful too sorting out MCS paperwork and G99 fast track.
System is performing as expected and long may it continue to do so.

From my initial contact with Ecobubl they knew exactly what I was looking for and understood my requirements. The estimate for the works arrived quickly, was accurate and roughly met with my expected budget. The work was carried out on the agreed dates by very competent and professional staff with the finished system exceeding my expectations. From the staff in the office, to the manager overseeing the project and everyone in between, a good job done by a good team of workers.

Ecobubl have been so easy to deal with from start to finish. Communication was easy and they responded to any queries swifly. The installation was done professionally and the workers were polite and efficient. The explanations were thorough. I feel that I can contact them at any time.

Ecobubl installed my Solar Panels just over a year ago. Around June of 2022 I experienced a problem with our generation. I telephoned the company and explained the situation. Having spoken with Brad (Contacts manager), Mervin, the Electrician was sent who was extremely thorough. The Inverter was changed ,but the problem still persisted. The company then provided scaffolding and the panels were individually removed checked and inspected. The problem was identified, and is now rectified. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed and everyone at the company was very helpful.
I would like to express my gratitude to Brad, Mervin, and the company as a whole.
When things do go wrong it is pleasing to know that the after sale service is forthcoming.
I have already recommended this company to at least 3 of my friends and intend to use them again myself when finances permit.

Around the time of the energy price cap rise back in April I decided to make more use of the power I had been creating with my solar panels since 2013. I discovered there was a local firm. At that that time they were very busy but they got me up and running by mid-August with a battery, inverter and car charger with an Eddi (to divert solar to heat hot water) still on order. Very pleasant and helpful staff and also a big bonus as they’re just down the road.

Lovely company to work with from start to finish. Phone calls were responded to and queries answered without any undue delay. Very efficient and pleasant tradespeople. Would not hesitate to recommend.
