Horrible service. Would not trust them at all

I couldn't have been happier with the service and price for our removals. The lads turned up on time, friendly and polite and just got on with the job. Will happily recommend to anyone needing removals.

The guys moved my furniture from Birmingham to Kidderminster, i cannot fault them in any way. The communication regarding quotes , times and billing was regular and easy to understand. The guys themselves were friendly, helpful and professional and the whole move went smoothly and stress free

Absolutely amazing service from Raj, Edward and Sam today! Packed all my things and delivered it to storage safely. They arrived bang on time and completed the job professionally. They were all very friendly and from someone that suffers from anxiety, I felt at ease the whole time. Thanks so much!! 🙂🙂

On a very stressful and heavily rainy day, we were amazed on how efficient and professional your colleagues were. There was no job to big and no job too small. Happily working hard and making sure that we were out the house at the deadline. All members of staff were very caring, professional and even made us laugh with their sense of humour. ME and my family were extremely happy with the service that we received. I will 100% recommend you to everyone I know that are moving home. Raj and Ed were amazing once again!
This is my second time using them! I needed my things moved from one storage to another! I also wanted everything wrapped individually soy things wouldn’t get damp or dusty (which was at such a reasonable price), on top of they offered me a return discount which I wasn’t expecting! So that was a lovely surprise! I didn’t have to do a thing, they did everything and kept me in the loop on even the smallest of things! Will always be using them!

We had eco move transport our stuff to storage. Shiraj and Ed did a great job, they carefully loaded and unloaded all our stuff and they were super helpful throughout the day. Thank you again!

They were very accomodating and explained to us the whole process, something we really appreciated as it was the first time we were using a removal company. They were on time both for collection and delivery. We hired a full packing service and they took great care of all our belongings.

I was searching for a removal service at very short notice, and I came across this company. I wasn’t sure if they were able take my job last minute but they were very helpful and accommodating to my last minute request, to collect a 2 piece sofa suite and transport them to my new property. I’m extremely pleased with the service and the professionalism both men have shown on the day. I would highly recommend they service to anyone who is looking for a reliable service, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.??

Workers were professional and courteous throughout, and communication was good amd thorough. All the items were carefully and appropriately wrapped, securely stowed and carefully unloaded and reassembled at the destination. They were gracious and flexible to change with the situation and maintained a helpful and proper attitude.

Offered an accurate initial quote and completed the job with great care. Overall, I had a really positive experience with this company.

Raj and Ed were amazing! They just got the job done and were so careful with everything and kept me in the loop on everything they were doing! They were patient and kind and gave great advice at the storage unit too! I had to leave while they were unloading my things at storage but then send pictures of the completed job and it was amazing! Thank you so much! Prices were great too! Quick and easy quote was give to me on the same day I called! Never has moving been so easy because of ECO-MOVE Removal. Recommend them to anyone moving! The best honestly! Definitely using them in the future.
