Our driver, Sham, was amazing, personable, punctual, and drove safely.

Driver was in time, friendly and did a great Job, the whole experience was great from the booking when I had lots of questions to the driver picking us up twice , very satisfied

We used EC for three transfers during our trip. Heathrow airport to Southampton, Southampton to London via Stonehenge, and London to Heathrow airport via Windsor Castle. We had 4 or 6 people in each trip with tons of luggage. They put us in 8 seater vans and there was plenty of room, including with car seats for 2 kids. Booking was simple, fast, and overall excellent. All the rides were on time and clean. We had three different drivers and they varied in how friendly they were. But they were all competent, excellent drivers, and got us there on time. Price was competitive for a private car. I would use EC Minibus for our next trip to the UK.

Very smooth process in a sort of chaotic situation picking us up at the Southampton cruise port. Our driver got us to Heathrow in plenty of time and was very courteous.

While we were supposed to coordinate and provided all arrival info we received an email directing us to terminal 2 while we arrived in terminal 5, after dragging our bags all way to terminal 2 actually the driver wax in terminal 5; so the office provided wrong info they should have told us the driver will meet us in whatever terminal we landed. It was a nightmare changing g terminals back and forth with luggage.

The drivers were great and the communication prior to the drive was also great. Thank you!

The driver is what made the experience so great. He was professional, attentive to our needs, knowledgeable about the area in which we were driving and he arrived on time. The car was immaculate. I can't remember his name but I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We were very happy with our experience with EC Minibus. Our driver Julian-Nicolae Ifrim was amazing at ensuring we were able to experience England from a personal level. On our drive. from London to Southampton we mentioned we wanted to go to StoneHedge and he told us we could on our last day. He called the office and we made the plan to see StoneHedge and Windsor Castle. It was amazing and were on time to meet our flight home. I felt confident the price was worth the experience.

We debarked from Silver Seas Dawn and saw no ride. After a couple of minutes we realized we had arrived at Horizon dock in Southampton, despite what we had been told to expect. About that time, Saluman appeared to take us to Heathrow despite our having sent him to the wrong terminal. He did not give up on us, and we arrived quickly at Heathrow.

Our driver and all aspects of the trips were excellent!

We would highly recommend your company for transportation through the UK. The pick up at the Cruise port of South Hampton to take us to our hotel in London went smooth. Only suggestion is to have your driver more visible just out the doors where the passengers get out after getting their luggage. The pick up from our hotel to Heathrow was seamless. We would definitely recommend your services and would contact you once again for our next trip to London. Thank You!
