It’s been over a year and I’ve still not received me order - the company refusing to give a refund - are now ignoring all emails and SHOP complaints - the shipping company y said they received incorrect shipping details too (to make it look like they provided tracking yet it’s all fake).
if there was a 0 I would leave it. I ordered in October 2024. Still have not received item. I contact them probably every 3 weeks and I keep receiving the same automated message. They are so awful! Sad I could not get my items that I paid for!

Took more than a month and several emails back and forth to get my actual item shipped out. Received the necklace and it was broken. I sent an email to them and never got a response back. SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't buy from this company.
Order done early October. No item. Several emails. Always say logistical problems. They have a picture of my late husband but they don’t care. Asked for money back several times. No response

Ordered an item 3 months ago and still not received it.
When contacted they said they were having logistics issues and after it was resolved they said I would receive it soon, after another month they said they wouldn’t give me a refund as it had been shipped.
When I still didn’t receive it, they sent me the same email as the first saying they were having logistic issues!
They are now ignoring my emails.
Awful company, total scam!
My niece lost her father this year and I ordered a necklace with an image of them together…. So disappointed and disgusted with these people!!!

FB should not let companies advertise. They should be vetted every on their site and if not genuine they should not be allowed to advertise. 😡😡
Never received my order, all I get is excuses when I ask them via email.

As everyone has stated, 1.5 mths and nothing, emails repeating their excuses for delay and then when requesting a refund the emails are ignored. Really disappointed, scam company. Do not order from these people.
I ordered Sept 7th and according to their tracking it has been sitting in the same spot since Oct 2nd in Los Angeles! I have reached out multiple times with oblivious bot returned emails. I have also requested a full refund twice. It is now Nov 6th and still no refund and no necklace! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!!
