Excellent SAV à l'ecoute
J'ai réalisé plusieurs achats à plusieurs reprises sur ce site de produits Easy Connect.
Livraisons rapides, produits conformes.
Apres utilisation, 2 produits se sont avérés défectueux.
Lors de ces 2 soucis, j'ai pu échanger avec un SAV à l'écoute (par mail) qui après explications du problème a remplacer les 2 produits immédiatement.

Bonne réactivité et sens du service
J'ai utilisé Light My Place / eclairage-de-jardin.fr pour commander des câbles EasyConnect. Commande et réception parfaite, rien à redire. Suite à ouverture des câbles, certains fonctionnaient mal, j'ai donc contacté le site pour trouver une solution sachant que j'avais ouvert les articles. J'ai obtenu un retour et échange. Bon contact et compréhension de mon problème.
