Double charged and didn't receive my order. Bought on tiktok. Found their website and there is no contact info to reach the company.

The Company is a scam. I order some shirts and suits, they gave me a tracker number. After 1 month, the status says it is delivered, but I have not recieved it and can't find it anywhere around my house. THE COMPANY IS A SCAM

I bought over a month ago. Have a screen shot of my order purchase number, no confirmation email or tracking information. My bank statement shows they took the money out. No product, refund or contact.

SCAM,SCAM, SCAM!!!! Took my money, gave me a bogus tracking, which after a week received a “NOT FOUND” track on order. I am in contact with my bank for a refund. By the way, this is posted after my fourth email to company with no response. CS

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Placed my order on March 7, 2026 for a 10 pack of shorts through a FB ad. My credit card was charged the same day for $29. I have yet to receive them. They stated it would arrive in 5-7 business days. Well it’s April 3rd. There is NO phone number to call. I did locate an email address and wrote to them and yet to hear anything. I will be contacting my credit card company to investigate and get my card account credited. I contacted the shipping company through their online chat. For them to further help me they wanted to call and they would charge $39! WHTF!

I ordered shorts February 20, nothing has came the tracking number isn't right. They said they would make it right apologize for the mix up said they would make it right. Said it wasn't a scam. Well I believe it's a scam. Pissed me off. I or from echomingle but I'm seeing the same shorts on other site names. I want my dang money back.

This is a SCAM! I ordered a set of Capri pants, then did not receive a confirmation, or the product. They will be reported to my bank.

Purchased clothing on sale through TikTok Shop advertised as the “Comfrt” brand. Items were marked down showing on sale. I got no email confirmation of the purchase and provided all of my personal information. Unfortunately, this was a mistake on my part for ignoring red flags. My bank statement shows this business as the entity the purchase was taken out by. I will be reaching out to my personal bank to report what happened. This business is a total scam!!!

I made an order for shirts on Feb 9. they took the payment and I haven't received anything and I can't find a phone number to call them.

I ordered shorts too they took out the money and I have not received anything no email no nothing I'm about to call my bank and get my money back if I can.

I placed an order for 5 pair of shorts. I did not get a confirmation or anything. The money was taken from my account but nothing has arrived and I don't know how to get a hold of them?

I got scammed. Order tshirts but they never arrived

I place an order of 14 men Color shorts, they charge on my Debit Card, and never have any responses from them at all! No email, no Phone Call or tracking information. Please don’t waste your time getting deals from advertisers on any social media. Be safe order only through Amazon. I’m placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this company.

Worst experience, Placed an order in January, still have not received it.

I ordered 10 t-shirt from ECHOMINGLE UK GBR, I don't know if this is the same business...I ordered on February 17, 2026...no response, no confirmation..no way to contact them. Jm
