Terrible company and terrible customer service. Don’t order from
Them

I ordered a set of three reindeer. Only the smallest of the three arrived. They say that complies with my order. It doesn’t, their picture showed three and one is not a set. Scam from China. Update: was offered $2 US refund, then 4, then 6, then told to return them to China for full refund at my cost. If they feel return condition isn’t good enough they will reduce the refund! SCAM. Only gave 1 star because the review wouldn’t accept less

I also ordered a teapot from them. No teapot! Kept in contact and they kept saying it was coming. Well...it did arrive...not at my address. Gave it to the wrong address and Echomally refused to make it right. Now Im going to the BBB to complain.

I ordered a teapot; I was given updates on delivery. I received the teapot; however it was cracked in two places. I notified Echomallyy who said they would replace it. It's been over 2.5 months and no teapot. I only get updates when I make inquiry. Was informed it's "in transit!" Unlike the first delivery, I'm not getting any automatic updates. I think I will not be receiving the replacement. I will not recommend this company.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this company. I waited six weeks to receive a package that I never received. And after 10 messages the company said it's not their fault, and I am out of approximately $60. DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT order from this company. You may not receive your items and they will keep your money

This company is a SCAM! Don't order anything from them! After 1 month I am still waiting for my order and tracking number given by them is fake!
STAY AWAY!

Tracking number is bogus!!!! After more than 4 weeks I still did not receive my order. They said I did. Horrible company!!!

This company is a total rip-off. After two months, my order still has not arrived. They insist that it has.
Their proof? They include links to tracking numbers that go nowhere.
They tell me to go to the post office. Why would I go to the post office if the package has been delivered? What am i supposed to show the post office, the fake tracking numbers?
Then they say to check with a neighbor. I don't have neighbors, literally. I live in a very rural area; I don't have neighbors.
I have repeatedly requested a refund. They refuse to even acknowledge the request.
I am left with the knowledge to never trust a site like this again and to share my experience so that others may not also be victims of fraud.
