During the webinar the information was very good. Having been an EC-Council certification holder/member for 20 + years I find that the organization is more concerned about, or leaves the impression that, IP content overrides the dissemination of or absorption of the concepts. RARELY, and I mean one time, have I experienced a release to attendees of an event recording for later review.
Documents, papers, are ok. However, having a video to back up and review or listen to the speaker and the emphasis on what is presented, tidbits that come out unscripted and not included or written down, can be many times more valuable than a .pdf or PowerPoint.
There are ways to have these available for viewing without going to extremes and that doesn't suggest they be up for eternity. But EC-Council insists on having events timed for worldwide consumption and for a US Pacific Time Zone attendee that can be anywhere from 3AM to 7AM in the morning.
A Global organization should, at this time in our industry, be capable and secure enough to allow for learning and collaboration in any format including recorded webinars that are available for a time after the event for registered users/members.

Poor Leadership, Poor Service
Unfortunately, the leadership team appears outdated and ineffective. Despite frequently preaching teamwork, they operate with a clear "every person for themselves" mentality and fail to function as a cohesive unit. Leaders who expect to be understood, but not understand. As a result, the quality of service delivered is consistently poor and falls well below reasonable expectations.

Course material good, heavy handed sales and support not
Edit : Downgraded from 2 to 1 star after their support team blocked the $50 course extension from their shop, directed me back to an aggressive sales funnel where they want to charge me circa $1100-1500 for literally the same thing. No explanation given as to why my $50 purchase was apparently a 'mistake' and just redirected to the same support loop of half answered questions.
Whilst the course material is of good quality, the hard sales tactics and unhelpfulness of support mean I can't really recommend this organisation compared to others.
In my case a simple request for a price to extend access to ecourseware and ILabs has turned into circa 2 weeks of trying to drag even the simplest of information out of the support team and attempts to charge me the full price (circa $1500-3000) of the complete course for an extension that...after randomly checking on Gemini...I could purchase it for $50 (edit : a few days later this appears to have been blocked, despite by all accounts this gives me exactly what I've been asking for, and directed back to their aggressive sales tactic funnel)
I would have purchased other courses from them and recommended them as a training source for my clients, but the heavy-handed and opaque sales tactic blunts the overall experience.
