Took payment out of schedule causing nsf. Emailed before an was told payment would be held till scheduled day an money was taken two days early. Now won't reverse payment they stole. An it is accurate you scheduled the money be taking out on the 26th then took the money took the 24th. If anything take it after the scheduled pay day not before like every other company did but you

We understand how upsetting holiday payment timing can be. To be clear, this was not a stolen payment. The payment was due and authorized, and with banks closed on December 25 and 26, the bank processed it on December 24 according to their holiday procedures.
Given our long-standing relationship and the fact that real funds were provided under the agreement, it’s not accurate to describe this as anything improper. Bank processing timelines are set by the financial institution and are outside of our control. We value the relationship and are here to help you the best way we can.
