Exceptional support and service
I wanted to buy an Onyx Boox Note Air, as I wanted an e-ink device that could be used both for reading and notetaking. I've received a gift card at work for good performance, but the card would expire before the Note Air was available.
I contacted the store support to see whether I could get a store gift card that I could redeem my work gift card for, so that I'd be able to apply my work reward for buying the Note Air once it's available.
I've received a personal link to buy a gift card that they don't normally offer anymore just so I could do this, I've received near-instanteneous replies to all my numerous queries, and I've been kept regularly informed about the status of the Note Air stock. I've received the device within 2 days of it being stocked.
The support I've received from the CEO was exceptional through and through, and the service from the store overall was too.
UPDATE 07/02/2021: After only a little over 2 months of use, the tip of the pen that comes packaged with the e-reader broke off. After contacting eBookReader support, I was offered a pack of replacement tips for the pen for free, even though it's not technically covered by warranty. Truly exceptional service.

I ordered a kindle on Monday morning (probably just before 8:30) and chose post nord as the delivery method. Few minutes later i got a call from André where he apologised that Post Nord already picked up the packages for the day and he would like to send it via GLS if that's ok with me, so i would receive the parcel faster. I got the parcel the next day with a bunch of candy inside.
This might not be much, but it makes for a great customer experience. Keep up the good work :)

I bought a kindle paperwhite and a case for it. The shipping was super fast, the process of ordering super easy, but the case itself looks and feels super cheap; i would have definitely not buy it if I would have seen it in a shop.
But overall a very nice experience.
