Great service. A new employee just started out and was well-supported by some of his more experienced colleagues. We found the bike we were looking for and got to try it out. There were a few (really) minor things to adjust or replace before the purchase, but they did so free of charge and no-hassle. When we came back to pick the bike up the same afternoon, Othmane was there to assist us and took care we left in good spirit. Oh...and we paid an e-bike with only 600km on it close to 60% of the retail value. Great deal!

I was unfortunate enough to wander into this bike shop, with the hope of getting myself an Urban Arrow. You cannot imagine how disappointed I was upon discovering that this place was not worth it. No one attended to me because their focus was more on conversing rather than helping clients including me. When at long last I got hold of one person’s ear; he/she acted as though they were asking too much time-wise before giving the required information. Despite their claims of excellent communication and reliability, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory. Although I purchased a second-hand bike online that met the description upon delivery, the service was poor. The delivery took longer than promised and the bike, while in good condition, had some defects that were not disclosed. Additionally, the information provided about its usage and maintenance seemed superficial and incomplete. In conclusion, disappointing and not recommended.

While this is a positive outcome, it would be helpful for future buyers to be aware that there may be potential defects in second-hand e-bikes. I bought two used Riese Muller e-bikes for me and my wife, very good quality for a nice price and they also sell insurance and good locks. Very happy with the excellent service

Best e-bike shop in Amsterdam! Many choices, their second hand bikes are a bargain, fully checked, marked down 50%, so happy we made it there!

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from eBike XL. We went to their showroom, and ended up purchasing a 2nd hand Urban Arrow bakfiets from them. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. They also let us test ride all of the bikes they had available. After taking delivery of our purchased bike, the gear shifter broke on our way home. I contacted them and explained the situation. As a courtesy, they offered to repair this for me free of charge. They even came to collect and returned the bike to us at our home. Not only did they repair the gear shifter, they replaced it with a brand new one. This is service above and beyond what I expected. Thank you so much!
