Excellent service. Delay due to weather but informed very early and new date agreed. Team arrived at the agreed time - all rubbish removed and an excellent job completed.
Claire inspected the work and confirmed I was happy before being invoiced.

What a great company to work with. From the first site visit right through to the meticulous tidying up the service has been outstanding. The guys worked with me to overcome some small problems and really thought about how everything should look. They laid patio slabs, built a bespoke pergola, some fabulous raised beds and a fence with a matching gate. They worked hard even in cold damp February weather. I would happily recommend this company for any landscape work.

Another good job done by this company. Cleared a lot of over grown ivy from a wall and jet washed patio and cleared some rubbish. Lads always polite and very helpful. Recommend.

a very pleasant crew have just finished a patio in the back garden,turned up at 08,00 worked well and to a high standard. Kept us informed and checked to make sure we were happy. we want a nature pond in the back garden and rockery this company will get the job.

Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

I have been working with Early Bird Gardening for a few years as they maintained the garden for me. I decided to get it all done and future proof it so I could manage it better. They have done an amazing job and had it finished in under 3 days. They did what they said they would do and were helpful all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble. I am thrilled with the result. I was informed what was happening and was able to ask questions on Messenger which they answered the following day. The lady who owns the company is a pleasure to work with and very patient.

I bought a Christmas tree from them. It's a lovely full and healthy tree, delivered on time, with a smile and Christmas card. The tree was reasonably priced and the tree was also as advertised.

We recently hired Early Bird to complete a back garden landscape and we were absolutely thrilled with the result. In just under a week they turned our mud pit of a back into a stunningly landscaped environment. The lads that came were amazing and a credit to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back for more work in the future. Thanks so much Early Bird for your amazing customer service and efficiency.

1.Driveway pressure spraying was patchy. Asked for it to be re-done, they agreed - then did not. Noticed once they had left, as it was dark.

2. The back patio was re-pointed badly. Many areas were left un-filled, such as under pots etc. Again, only noticed once they had left.

3. An expensive lawn light was left knocked over, empty bags of sand and cement were left strewn on the back patio.

4. They borrowed our equipment; our hoe was found lying in a border, new hand clippers found stuck head first into our lawn.

5. John left piles of sand on the front drive. We asked for him to clear the sand, he agreed. Later we found the sand piled in our bin store.

6. They threw away a china plate left in the garden into the bin. Our large 50L plastic garden trug and broom had been chucked on top of their truck - we had to ask for them back (!) ... and they left with our new wheelbarrow !!

I spoke to John that evening, he agreed to come back. He did not show, and is now blocking us.

My next door neighbour got a fence done by this company, the fence is fine but they left our side an absolute mess, took all our grass up and left mood everywhere. We got told that our side of the garden would be in the same state as it was before the work was done. They kept coming into our garden to do work without telling us they where. Also they did nothing to patch the fence up in between or once they’d finished for the day so we could not let our dogs out in there own garden meaning we had to take them out in the garden on their leads for 3 days which isn’t fair on them when they are used to a big garden to run around and play in. They also damaged the concrete posts which they partly removed and are now a danger as they are sharp and could easily hurt yourself if fallen on especially when we have a young child who plays in the garden. We have spoke to the work staff and they said they would remove them all as they have damaged them which they failed to do, we have tried to sort this with the company first and have spoke to the boss who promised before the work was done she would come and speak to us to make sure we were happy with our side and she did not and now when we have contacted she is refusing to do anything to help sort the situation. We have tried sorting this with our neighbour who has been back in touch with the company and they are refusing to do anymore. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
