Received the kit when stated so that side of things is all good.i fit quite a few of these and never usually a problem.
However the mounting bracket the heater sits on was bent on the locating tabs.possibly and manufacturing issue?
When you spend 1400 quid on a heater unit that's not what you expect!!!

As stated on our website, all orders placed from 23rd of December 2020 are to be shipped in the week commencing the 4th of January 2021 as we are closed for Christmas and New Year.

Superfast delivery.
Delivery of the item was amazingly fast. Pretty much arrived the day after ordering.
The overhaul with the new parts went fine. After some challenges with starting up the heater their techs provided great help troubleshooting the issue (bad connection in fuse holder causing voltage drop when starting up the heater).
