The hair quality is very nice. I really like this hair.

I have edited this review and changed the rating to provide an update that this is poor quality hair and I have spent my holiday cutting out the hair out of my braids because of how tangled it is. Which I am upset about as this was the reason for why I bought the hair in the first place. I wanted a really nice look with different colour highlights and this has been disappointing from instalment.

I would like to advise people to read reviews before purchasing any “human” hair from the website. I highly recommend buying Brazilian human hair that is the dressmaker brand as it is quality hair, I have used this for years and I even have this installed alongside the Eayon hair. If you normally use a branded hair, stick to it and don’t go buying other brands.

I bought two packs of curly human hair based on reviews different colours for boho braids. I had to email the company as despite receiving a confirmation email, there was no email to say when this would be shipped which then took weeks to arrive.

I then had a text message on my personal phone number from them which I was not sure where I clicked on the website to say I gave them consent, an email would have sufficed.

Within days of installing braids, a bit of shedding from the hair as been noticed which I’m disappointed in as the price you pay I expected better quality hair. I actually purchased a different hair brand in shop which was actually cheaper and decided to use one pack of that hair and one pack of the Eayon hair and you can tell the difference just by looking at the hair. I was considering taking out the ones that were installed using Eayon hair but I have decided I will try and work with it somehow.

Based on my experience, I would not buy from them again unfortunately.

The human hair is beautiful n customer service was top notch !!! I ordered my hair on a friday , Monday was a holiday , received hair by Wednesday , super fast!!!!

I absolutely love this hair. It took me awhile to install but once I did i didn't want to take it down. It wash well, no tangles, no smell. I am about to order more now so that when I take it down I well have fresh hair to reinstall. The hair is reusable but I just like fresh hair each time.

I put in the wrong shipping address and my question was answered and taken care of swiftly. Very good service!

Their customer service is amazing!! I had a few shipping issues but their team communicated with me promptly throughout the entire process. My bulk hair was amazing quality, beautiful color, and is 100% human hair! It looked beautiful after shampoo & install.

The issue is with purchasing on the website. After purchasing on their so called secure website my card was hacked and I had to have it locked. I used a card I rarely use so this was the only purchase made on it in a long time. It was a few days after purchasing on their site. The product is okay. Don't think it was worth the money I spent, however, the issue is with my card being compromised. Thank goodness my bank caught it and called me.

While it is convenient and easy to install what I have notice since installing is there is some tangle which isn’t the biggest issue since it untangles easily, it’s the threading is noticeable especially if your hair is colored which mine is. I had high hopes for this hair based on some reviews because I didn’t read a lot it seems like most were 5 stars but the color of the hair and their hair was black. I wear my hair colored and ordered the copper however the threading is black which shows with the miracle knotless. I’m not happy with it! Unfortunately I may be stuck with this hair due to their return policy. I do NOT recommend this hair if you like color like me now if the threading changes to match the color then yes this would definitely be a good buy! The hair is soft, I do love that it’s human and reusable but it just didn’t work for me. Unfortunately I bought it for a trip and had to go with it due to time.

Update: I reached out to customer service due to the issues still waiting to hear back. I returned from my trip which means I wore this hair for about 5 days and for it to be “human hair” it itches badly and at first glance it easy to untangle I found that that isn’t entirely true, the shedding is horrible! I could deal with minimal shedding but that’s not the case, it sheds when detangling, it sheds when even trying to style it. I purchased human hair because my head is sensitive but if I’m gone deal with it itching my scalp I might as well pay less for synthetic blend hair! I am waiting to see exactly how customer service will rectify this but I will update my review!

Best hair hands down and the best customer care they answered through email very quickly my order came the following week of me ordering the only company I get my hair extensions.

Will NEVER use this company again. I ordered on May 2nd. For a hair appt on May 16th. Thought that might be enough time to ship but they did not give an estimated delivery date so I shld hv known better. It said 1-3 business days to process then it would be shipped and tracking info would be received. On 3rd business day which was May 6th I followed up to check bc no tracking was received. The lady "Luna" responded with it was shipped on its way to CA already and would be delivered to me within 2 days after it left CA. I would get tracking when in CA. On May 11 still no tracking info so I requested a cancelation at this point bc I need hair in 4 days.... Luna lied and said it was sent to CA on May 7th...mind you when we corresponded on May 6th she said it was en route then so she LIED. I asked for tracking info or proof it was sent. NOTHING.... They REFUSED to cancel my order even though it was NOT in route to me!! I went to the website to try to track it and got confirmation that it was NOT SHIPPED... I filled out a form to cancel it AND tried reaching an agent. They do not answer the phone and no agent ever got on the chat! On their site it says you can cancel an order if it has not shipped but they refused to do so and mind you I have a hair appt in a cpl days and need hair asap and im fighting with this company to get my money back bc they clearly have not shipped the order to me and its been 10 days at this point. I screen shot all the proof the order wasnt sent and they refused my cancelation and gave it to my bank to dispute cause I dont have time. This is BS...Idk what quality the hair is but customer service sucks and they do not follow their own guidelines. Do yourself a favor and avoid them because they will avoid YOU and lie to you if you have a problem!
