As someone who is concerned about the impact of farming systems on the UK’s biodiversity and environment but also recognises the value of traditional grazing animals in shaping a diverse landscape, I was really pleased to have found EatTelfit (now Butcher Ben). I’m really impressed by their approach to farming and consideration of natural solutions to improve the land’s resilience and ability to support nature. On top of the feel-good factor from them doing good, their produce is absolutely outstanding. Beautiful staples that are transformative to basic dishes e.g. beef mince for bolognese and delicious show stoppers such as their beef and pork steaks/ chops. I’ve switched my supermarket meat choices to planned bulk freezer orders from Butcher Ben and find the freshness, taste and satisfaction to be far, far superior. I would highly recommend them!

I have ordered from this business a few times now and it has been really good quality. They arrived really well with no issues. The meat was still frozen. The products are very flavourful and not like the ones you buy from the supermarkets. I know they can be a bit pricey but the quality is superior.

Always been delivered on time. Meat is high priced but has always been excellent quality. (Merguez sausages might benefit from a little extra heat!)
Website needs some tweaking to make selection, ordering and checking basket less complicated and being able to continue shopping off the page you left after putting an item in the basket!
Otherwise thoroughly recommend this as a genuine "you get what you pay for" business

I have ordered a variety of produce from Ben all of which has been exceptional. His chickens, lamb and filet steak are the best I have ever had.

I have had a three deliveries from these people. I understand they are rebranding to Butcher Ben. All the products I have previously purchased have been very high quality. Last weekend I had a beautiful rib eye steak. I cooked it how I like it almost mooing my knife cut through like butter. I literally am going to place another order today. I am a very satisfied customer.
