I dislike companies that offer a trial and then trap customers into a subscription they never agreed to. I understand the need to prevent misuse, such as people creating multiple accounts for free boxes, but that shouldn’t make it so difficult to simply try a service. I didn’t like it and won’t continue, and I don’t want any surprises like receiving another box I didn’t order and being charged for it.

This seemed such a lovely idea for a business and i put in a large order as a present for my daughter. However the order was cancelled and refunded to me with a message to say that Simple Foods are no longer delivering. I wrote asking if this means they had closed the business (since it is a delivery service) but have not received a reply. Thank you for the prompt refund but sorry not to get my food.

I liked most of the dishes offered, especially bolognese walnut recipe. Its a very healthy alternative for busy scheduled days.

I love the variety of options offered and each meal created with high quality ingredients. Very simple to use and good portions and also great healthy options. It was so easy for me to customize and create delicious meal

The food was amazing. Easy to prepare, easy to store & full of variety. On days when I’m busy and on the go, these chef made portions are incredibly reliable !

I'm thrilled with SimpleFoods. I'm not a big fan of cooking, and I barely have time to prep food during the week. SimpleFoods provides healthy and tasty options that are practical to prep and don't make a mess (I don't have a microwave, and it's still easy to prep!)

I have been ordering from Simplefoods for a while now and I’m never disappointed. Not only is the service great, the food is delicious. Every seasonal menu has had a wide range of options that are never disappointing. Knowing that if I’m running late after work, and don’t have the time to cook - knowing that I can grab a couple simplefoods pouches from my freezer and in 10 minutes can have a delicious, healthy meal ready, makes life so much easier. Highly rated!

Simplefoods is excellent for anyone who gets home late from work and wants something healthy & convenient. They have been a life saver (& money saver!) for me.
