Missing meals not reimbursed

Missing meals not reimbursed. I’m over 2 months out after requesting refund. No response to calls or e-mails after my 2nd request to refund credit card. I have logged approximately 1 hour total on “hold” for a 38.00 refund???? My account with them has a credit for future delivery. Not acceptable after this fiasco.

This is not a good company to depend on.

this is a terrible company for a customer service business. I did not finalize my order, but they had my card number and picked meals for me. When I got a notification that it would be delivered between certain hours, I waited way past delivery the time. It got shipped to the wrong home. This was 6 days ago, and I still have not received a refund. I was told from two different customer service people they would take care of it and the third one told me to send an email of what transpired! really??

They are crooks!

They are crooks!! I made the initial order and then called them to make sure these charges DO NOT RECUR. Then, my card gets charged again! Plus it's a ripoff.....50 % off and it's still almost 10 bucks a meal when you include shipping! DON'T TRY IT. They refuse to respond to emails or phone calls. I finally had to call my BANK to stop payment!

Very bad experience all around

I am having a very bad experience with this company and I do not feel they care to make anything right. First of all when I selected the meals, there was no confirmation seeing what I chose. Then when the meals came they were not all of what I selected! They were also just not that great, and that is coming from my elderly parents who I ordered for. They do not require much to enjoy a meal so that was surprising. But the worst part is that I wanted to cancel and they had already charged my card. They canceled, but kept the money! No delivery and no refund. This is very bad business and I will tell the company that recommended them to me to stop recommending them to others.

This company is the WORST experience…

This company is the WORST experience with awful customer service! I have been trying to get a refund for an order that I never received since July 17,
2025.
They repeatedly said they would issue a refund and I have never received it. I would love to start a class action lawsuit against them! Join me!

Nutrition Labels Are Misleading – Beware!

For the most part, the meals look and taste good. However, I have serious concerns about the accuracy of the nutritional information—particularly the sodium content. There is no way some of these meals contain as little sodium as listed. The food is noticeably salty, and I suspect the actual sodium content is much higher than reported.

This not only raises health concerns, but it also makes me question the accuracy of the rest of the nutritional facts. For that reason alone, I will be canceling my subscription.

Shady business will take your money and keep taking

Wow! This company’s the worst. If I could give zero stars I would. I got a meal kit from them for one week and put the next couple of weeks on hold so I could try the meals before I decided if they were good or not. In the meantime I received a charge for $125 and never received another round of meals. I did have my other meals scheduled to process which arrived and there was a rubber band in my food. I reached out to the company about the charge and the rubber band. I got an immediate reply asking for a picture and apologizing for the rubber band. The company said they would refund me for the order with the rubber band food because I refused to eat anything else from that shipment and the additional $125 charge. They also said they would cancel my account per my request. I waited and checked my credit card bill a month later and there were no refunds. No one replied to my follow up emails. I opened new tickets only to find them closed within seconds. Finally someone responded and said they would refund me $10. Are you kidding?! I asked for them to be responsible and do what they said they would originally and also cancel my account per I refuse to cancel because I’m still waiting for my refund. In the meantime I just got charged again for $97. No one at this company is following through. I’m documenting everything in writing so I can build a case against them and take them to small claims court if I have to. But I would settle for my $321 back ASAP. Whatever you do, do NOT order from this company.

Horrible customer service and incorrect nutrition information

The food tastes great but the nutrition information is not correct!!! I can tast ingredients that are not listed and the nutrition values are not correct at all.

If that wasn't bad enough, they charged me twice for things I never ordered or recieved! For a week they keep saying that they are looking into it. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card.

Horrible customer service and incorrect nutrition information is a huge NO for me!

The food is delicious!

I don't have to cook...Just heat and eat. The food arrives ready for the frig and I'm all about saving time in the kitchen. I look forward to each meal and each new week.

Great Experience!!

Everything I have had has been really good. I wanted to find something that can help me with my portion control as well as save me time from having to cook and clean. This has done exactly that and more. I have some personal health goals and this meal plan has been helping me to work toward them!

Difficult to CANCEL

I had issues with this business. After a few weeks, I decided I didn’t want it anymore. I wasn’t able to eat all the meals and my freezer space was getting limited. I thought I had paused my subscription but I got a new order soon after. I wrote to ask if they would cancel my account and they replied fairly quickly that they would. And the very next week, I had another box at my door! I wrote them one more time and mentioned the Better Business Bureau and they were SUPER Quick to respond. From what I can tell, it looks as if my account has finally been canceled. I feel like they should be investigated due to the large number of complaints. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, if you are having issues definitely report to the BBB. It only took me a few minutes. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it appears as if they have followed my request.

There is zero communication

There is zero communication. I ordered one time and was put on a recurring order. There was no communication about selecting meals or when my delivery was coming. I only knew an order was on the way when Fedex told me it was being delivered the next day. I was sent random meals with food and macros I cannot eat. I received an email today (food delivered yesterday) with a list of what they were sending in my order. The food in my first order was average. Nothing I would consider really good other than their baked plantains. The food wasn't bad, just nothing I would reorder or pay to have delivered.

Terrible

Terrible, poor, uncompliant with FDA nutrition facts and incorrect labeling.
I tried them one and I am a strict vegan and they had sent non-vegan meals and had incorrect lebels on them. I also many times asked for the correct nutrition facts with added sugar and they couldn't provide it. What the heck? They dont know what they are putting in their own food? Then, they finally have it in the website but just out zero for all added sugar when there is sugar in the ingredients. They also have labels incorrect, like labeling a plant-based meal that has butter in the ingredients. For anyone who wants to know anything about what they are eating, this company is terrible. It creates mistrust and is unprofessional.
